I don't think you took enough pictures. Changing the background is not the option most people are looking for. Also, you have the "contract" with the University - which is a license to steal. The pictures are so OVER-PRICED it isn't even funny.

You had several shots but none of them good and centered. You can't make it right the moment is gone. We ended up hanging a picture that was snapped from the audience as opposed to your professional photographer. Very disappointed that Purdue contracted with you!

We are so sorry to hear that! Occasionally our emails get marked as spam. The download link likely went to your spam folder, we seem to have an issue where all the "apple" emails (icloud.com, me.com and mac.com) get blocked. One of our team will be reaching out to you in order to get an updated email address and get your order resubmitted.

One of the pictures I got was blurry, but I couldn’t tell that from the thumbnail picture when I ordered it. A refund for that picture would be appreciated.

Most of the pictures my eyes were closed. The lighting was also bad. My husband graduated two years earlier and his pictures were wonderful. The angle was not flattering as well.

I felt these were poorly done; poor lighting technique, poor angles and poor backgrounds, poor pricing. Good turnaround, however.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I felt that majority of the pictures were good, some of the shots were not so good ( bad angle, obstructions, background images, not flattering etc) but overall the pictures themselves were good. The price I paid though was honestly really expensive. For a student who just got done paying for 3 years of college I am already in so much debt. It would be helpful to make those pictures more affordable. Maybe give more options as far as the ability to download all images that were purchased in a package, not just 1 photo. I do like the ability to preview the photos and the variety of photos that are available.

The photo came in a very flimsy envelope marked DO NOT BEND. but of course it was bent in transit leaving a crease in the middle of the photo. The packaging should have been more sturdy to prevent the bending. For the price, it should be packaged better.

Paid for full touch up on pics, the face in picture still shiny.
Disappointed in the variety of frames offered,
The masters degree photographers at Rush offered more unique frames with "Rush" commencement like cards to put in frames.

My Email To Customer Service: I received my graduation photos and disappointed does not begin to explain how I feel about them. Can you explain what happened around my hairline during I assume your editing process? These photos are unacceptable and I paid $28.85 for two 5x7’s. At this point, I would like a refund-I do not want any replacements. I will be more than happy to return these photos if you can provide a shipping label for the return. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Customer Service Response: Good Morning, I apologize for your frustration, unfortunately we do not pay for returns. That is up to you to send it back at your choice of carrier. As soon as we receive the prints back in our facility we will gladly issue a refund. Sorry for any inconvenience

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The printed quality was not up to the quality of my last batch of grad pictures from a different company. They were way over priced and didn’t even come cut (wallets). Plus the background is slightly blurry and pearl background is way shinier than it should be. My last batch came cut, with nice rounded corners. I have no way to cut these without ruining them with uneven borders! For almost 50$, the wallets need to be CUT for the customer or the fact that they are not cut needs to be advertised. You could make it right with a refund, but based on the customer service emails I’ve already received, taking no accountability or caring at all, I doubt that will happen somehow. The response to my email? “Your comment has been noted”. Wow.

The pricing of the plans are too high. Of course we bought them but $200 for just a few pics is rediculous

What do you like about our products and services?

When the first photo I rec'd had come out wrong, due to my choice of font and placement of font, the girl on the phone whom I spoke with helped me in a very courteous and understanding way. She fixed the problem and I promptly rec'd the corrected photo. I do have to say though your self service website was the reason for the error. Adjusting the font color and location did not show the finished product- so my daughter's photo had writing on her neck and robe in two different colors. There was no way to preview my changes. The magnet and mug are great. All of good quality and the customer service was a pleasant relief!

I have tried to contact you because my pictures were delivered smudged. I want them to be replaced as I’ve paid good money for them, but I have yet to get any response!
