One of the photos o selected was great but the other of my child receiving her degree was blury.
All the photos we received were blurry
My daughters picture has so much shine on her face. i was very disappointed when it arrived in the mail.
I haven’t received what I ordered so how can I give you a rating?
The price is a bit spendy for a few photos. Photos look nice. But boy the price for what you get is not nice.
I called in regards to one of the photos I purchased being blurry and when I received it. The image was not blurry on the computer screen, but the printed copy was. The phone customer service representative told me she would see if the image could be reprinted in a better quality and if not, they would refund me my money but she would send me an email notifying me either way. I have yet to receive any communication from her and that was over seven days ago.
I purchased three digital images. Two were around 1.2M but the third was only about 600K. I’m not sure why the third one wasn’t as high of a resolution.
We did not get the items that we ordered, they said it was already shipped but we didn’t get anything

Easy, quality and fast delivery
Lower the cost, don’t inflate the cost to take advantage of parents on what is sure to be one of their most important days when you have a monopoly on the product.
Too expensive for a digital copy of a photo. Would give 5 stars if it was at MOST $10...
The problem was the quality of the prints. They were very slick and shiny with an unnatural look that was cheap...like the type you get from a poor copier with poor paper. Looked like tenth generation printing. Wish I used Walmart or Walgreens. I was very disappointed.
I didn’t like the way my hair looked in my professional photos. My hair wasn’t out in front & who ever was with me told me to push my hair back. I’m unsatisfied with the way it turned out
My student’s photos look terrible. I ordered the retouching, assuming they’d look better than the proof, but the area around my student is overexposed, and there’s a gleam coming out of his mouth like an old toothpaste commercial. I cannot use them at all.
I’d like a new set of what I ordered, please, without the retouching.

The pictures taken at the graduation were very nice. They are a bit more expensive than I thought they would be. So I could only purchase a few single pictures.

I do appreciate the team for taking photos, but.........
I ordered several pictures. I received the 5 x 7 photo. I was disappointed because I put 2023 on the photo in black in the place I wanted it. That was good. What was not good was when I first tried to put 2023 in red and did not want it, it still appeared on my photo. I feel as if there should have been a preview to show that I put it there or if someone could have contacted me to ask if I wanted the picture that way because clearly, someone should have known that was ugly. I know someone could have contacted me to verify because I keep getting these emails about other stuff.
Also, I ordered my pictures on June 5th. I received one photo, and keep receiving emails about surveys. I would like to know or get updates on the remainder of my photos. I'm thinking about what happened to them. I thought I would have received them before now. I was getting one of the items for my son before he left for Korea last week. If I had known the photos were going to be this late, I would not have ordered all of them.
It would be nice to get an update on how long it takes the company to send the order at the time of ordering and after.
