Half of my pictures have a glare on my degree holder. I’d of ordered some of them but not with the glare.
The pictures were beautiful
As a single parent, I found the pricing a bit much but I enjoyed the experience the photography team provided. As a business graduate, I understand why.
My son graduated 2 years ago and I am just now receiving the proof from his graduation day.
Everything was made to be perfect, yet relaxing. It was a wonderful experience and the momentos we received afterwards were a great bonus (photo options to buy, free video clips, etc.).
With the pictures, it would have been nice to have pictures with the WGU when I was first emailed proofs to order from. Instead, I received them after the first initial email of original pictures with people in the background and I had already ordered from those. I would have liked to ordered from pictures with WGU background but I was not putting in another order.

Paying on line a little tricky! The name when Paying, changes so my bank's fraud department wouldn't allow it to process. I had to research a few things then call my bank to allow the payment.
Passably nice photos but ridiculously priced. Had this not been my son's only graduation, we would not have purchased them.

I feel you should have taken multiple pictures.That maybe an LSU issue though. I also feel that you should describe in detail on your website what a pearl finish looks like. It has an iridescent look is not attractive to me therefore I’m not satisfied with the photo. I’m hoping I can print copies from my download photos without the pearl when I receive the download access.
I did not receive two items that I ordered. When I contacted the team, they told me to just wait awhile longer. After 2 months, I contacted them again and I never received a reply. Very disappointed that my money was wasted.
