The technical aspect of these images are extremely poor. Syncing proper white balance across all of the photos is quick and easy, and to be expected considering the prestigious level of this event and the price point of these images. I expected much better quality and was also disappointed in the limited number of images that were available for purchase. The fact that your company took one studio image (where everyone was purple) and added eight different backgrounds was another missed opportunity; does anyone actually buy these photos? I would have purchased the original image had it not been purple. You had the perfect opportunity to sell images to the proud parents of these medical students at the white coat ceremony but you need to do a much better job of taking the time to provide a quality product. I will also add that my images arrived damaged, but on a positive note, my request for a replacement was promptly received, which I appreciated.
We ordered two photos. In one, our son is out of focus. In the other, he is overexposed. We expected more (and better quality) from professional photographers. The exposure should have been corrected before the photo was printed and sent.
I was disappointed with the picture quality. The quality of the pictures were not very good. I think JC Penneys could have done a better job.

I paid over $60 for one digital print and it was the blurriest photo I have ever seen. Reached out multiple times about the pictures and they refused to refund even though the picture was so so blurry. They “re touched” and basically used AI to make me look like a wax figure of myself. Rip off of one of the most important days. Very disappointed and bad customer service. Also impossible to tell if pics are blurry before buying.

Aa expensive as photos are the least you can do is edit the photos so the subjects face is not so shiny from sweat. The professor in the picture was clearly touched up but my daughter was not! I should not have to pay for the touch up!
Price of photos are too high. The digital versions are expected to be cheaper, consistently received emails about last chance, or a sale and it was never a sale. If it was not for family I would have not purchased any photos.

The photograph I received and paid extra for some touch up did not come out professional looking. I was very disappointed when my eye immediately went to a section on the photo on my hair. Their touch up emphasized what looked to be a "hole" in my hair and made the photo look much worse in my opinion. I'm not a professional photographer nor editor by any means, but when you pay extra $ for a professional to do these things to your photograph, you anticipate them doing their very best to make the photo look as professional as possible. It seemed to me a simple editing fix and again, was very disappointed when it wasn't.

You should give graduates a chance to fix their graduation collars, especially the master graduation collar, for photos. to at least have an opportunity to correct it slipping out. Or perhaps take a photo before the ceremony so you have a chance to get a good picture. My collar went underneath my graduation robe, and it really distracts from the quality of picture. But, these are the only pictures, professional that i have. I am actually thinking of getting additional pictures taken just so I can have a professional photo.
The Graduation photos from my daughter's Athens State University on July 29 were better than I ever expected. Thank you for providing your service on this special day!
Only choice to get close beautiful pictures of my graduate. A bit pricey but happy with what I purchased.
