I ordered pictures from my daughters graduation and they came in a soaking wet envelope. Sending something so precious should not be sent in a regular envelope. It was a waste of money.

This website is a scam and way too expensive. There is no package to allow you to just download all of the photos. You have to buy each separate photo and the are no packages less than $200. I understand that you have a monopoly so you can charge whatever you want, but the prices are outrageous.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The cost of the photos was crazy high considering the limited pictures taken. To get basic photos from the website was $50/per photo digital. The packages were also high. My kids photos for their schools are half that cost.
