The pictures were very nice and professional.

The photos were terrible - the photographer had the graduates standing with trees behind them, which made it appear the tree was growing out of the top of their head. The individual photo of my daughter receiving their diploma, had the back of the head of the President of the College when she was handing the diploma to my daughter - instead of the photo showing both of their faces. The picture of my daughter standing in line was taken as they were fixing their hat - rather than waiting less than 5 seconds after it was fixed. When I was placing my order on your website, you cannot save your work to a cart and come back to it later, so if you are cropping, you have to start the whole process over again. I tried calling several times to speak with someone about my order before I placed it and no one answered the phone - I tried for a week, at different times of the day. I emailed for help - no response. When I tried placing my order, the website would freeze up, so I had to try several attempts - and when it finally worked, the touch-up I had initially ordered did not get saved to my order - so I had to re-order the prints for the touch-up to be added. Overall a completely horrible experience - very disappointed, especially for an important day to be captured and remembered.

The photos were of ONE pose holding the diploma and then ONE pose exactly the same but with a “thumbs up” gesture. What exactly was that about? That is not a school gesture or any kind of indication of graduation from college. For such a monumentous occasion at such a large prestigious school I was very disappointed with the photos taken, the options of plaques or the items offered to purchase. No photos is the actual event or the student receiving the diploma were available. I have other children who have graduated from college and the company did a fantastic job with photos and offerings. Your company did not.

Pictures are cropped unevenly.

All pictures ordered were blurry. Also, the pearl finish which I ordered, used to mean a pearl paper was used to print the photo. Now it means a blurry glossy print by. By no means is this a quality product.

I didn’t realize how brightened his face was. It is too yellow bright, but I bought them anyways.

I ordered a digital download & have sent several emails to say I have not received anything. I have not gotten any response from anyone. I would love to have my daughter’s graduation photo.

Great quality

One of my two pictures was lost, but I suspect that the photographer was having camera troubles (as there was a pause between my picture and the next student). I could not blame this service under those circumstances, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this service either.

You are highly over priced. And you know you can be because People are going to buy their grads photos regardless of the price.

Also the names were completely off. We had to scroll through many many photos to find the ones of my daughter. You would think for the price you could get it right

Pictures were great, but when you put 8 wallets, I didn't realize it was only 8 small photos. Most places I ordered in the past would put 8 wallets which was 8 sheets of 4 which totaled 32 pictures to pass out to family and friends.
When I got my daughters Keychain in the mail, the picture was on the bottom of the package and not in the Keychain. So I had got some glue and glued it back in.
Overall I would recommend your company..

I paid extra to get the glare off of my glasses. And they came same as taken with glare and all. Waste of money.

Good photography and several options

Very easy to navigate and make my decisions.

Make all digital products more cost efficient for customers, and don’t resort to price hiking the customer out of convenience of the CEO and/or executive administration of the company. Period.

I called your office and got a very snotty girl who informed me, "We're in California, we have nothing to do with Colorado". I explained the number I called was taken from the email sent to me by the school - and she hung up on me.

I asked as well as texted a quesion, as to whether there was a promo code available - to no avail. I received a text from grad images and ordered 3 digital images - at $50 a piece! they were honestly, sub par. But as he isn't graduating again, I'm stuck. $150 for 3 digital images is larceny, I will empower my friends and family with children in higher education - to employ higher zoom capable cameras and shoot their own shots in the future.

BTW, this isn't a "one off" as you also shot my other sons Law School graduation 2 weeks prior, and there wasn't even a salvageable high priced pic in the mix.

My suggestion? Hire skilled photographers, employ intelligent people to answer your phones and re-evaluate the exorbitant fees for fast click photography.

Good Pictures. My only complaint is how many times your copywrite message goes across the picture. You do not get a good look at the pic.

I have been emailing Customer Service for the Grad Team and received no response. I received my photos ordered. However, I ordered three key chains and never received them.

Numerous choices to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Quick shipping.
