We ordered a few pictures but they weren't the best. I wish that you had taken them before the ceremony. Our son removed his hat during the National Anthem so his hair is jacked up in the pictures. I know you are in a rush to get everyone through but also you should picture each student as if they were your own child. If it were your child, you would want the best quality for such an important moment.

Your prices are just incredibly expensive, especially for people who are just coming out of college and perhaps with significant college debt. I would probably be willing to pay $20 or $25 for a digital image, but $50-$100 was way more than I could afford for a single digital photo. I did purchase one 5x7 print as it was a photo unique from the ones that my parents got (because we were all in it), but otherwise I did not and do not plan to order any other photos or items. If they were more affordable I would probably get one or two others, ideally in digital format as I mainly wanted photos to post online. Package deals would also make me more likely to purchase more photos.
Additionally, Iʻve gotten quite a lot of emails to purchase photos already, and have heard from friends who graduated a semester before me that they do not stop. So maybe calm down a little on that front.

I didn't receive my entire order initially. Reached out to two separate emails provided by the company and no response. Not even in my spam folder. True enough it was the holidays, but the website gave a time frame to expect a response that wasn't upheld. After a week, I just ended up calling. Remaining pictures arrived after the event I was hoping to use them for and were slightly bent. But quality was good and original shipping time was great. Customer service was also professional.
It was easy to order online
The one photo on my daughter's file is of the girl that went before her and not her. My daughter has contacted you regarding the issue and the one picture not being her. You're supposed to be sending a new print, but we don't know if it's coming to my home or my daughter's home, or when we should expect it. We have not been contacted.
They captured important moments.
The photos weren't bad but OMG your prices are criminal. $100 for a single digital file? It's insanity. And then you don't even offer a simple package of all the images, or a digital package. Super duper bummer. My son graduated from an inner city university where most folks are barely scraping by financially -- we've already let the school's graduation organizers know our feelings about this, but this was super disappointing all around. Just cast a pall on what should have been a joyous thing to remember. We were really counting on being able to purchase photos for our whole family but cannot afford it and had to settle for just a few small prints.
Everything arrived as ordered.
The one thing I would recommend regarding the magnet photos, is to improve the lighting. My daughter's face was a little washed out in color.
The photo's I ordered were terrible. I could have taken better ones with my cell phone and not been blurry.

I wanted some pictures for my family. But at a minimum of 8 bucks a pop, you think anyone can afford that? We just graduated college, that means we are severely in debt.
