The photos aren’t as sharp in their clarity as I would have liked. They aren’t blurry, but I thought they would have looked very sharp/crisp.
Also, I liked how the original pictures looked in the preview, but they cropped differently when ordering the different sizes and I didn’t like how some of them cropped.

Background on many photos looked too fake, would have been nice to have photo with diploma sleeve taken sometime before ceremony so at least one picture wasnt rushed.

Some of the pictures of my son were not clear. One of the pictures showed him walking past the camera and another young lady was center.
Have more photographers on sight and be more mindful of who you are photographing.

The products were really nice only thing was the frame from the double 5x7 plaque was damaged I guess in transit. Think it’s 11x13 frame. Either way I love the pictures and the stone tile is awesome
Great quality pictures. Prices were reasonable.
Overall I did order a few pictures but wasn't happy with quite a few of them. The one I would have really liked was the one on stage with receiving the diploma but didn't like the lighting, etc. I wasn't going to pay for the touch up either, same with the photos that I purchased. the touch up cost as much as the photo and that's a big foul in my opinion.

The watermark on the proofs was so large it was hard to edit it correctly to make the final purchase. My photo came out not as expected due to not being able to view it properly.
Besides ordering the digital package, I ordered four magnets. They were bulged out in the center from being pressed onto the magnet. Also, the image quality was rather poor.
Definitely offer more affordable pricing.

The process for selecting the photos that I wanted was confusing at times and I felt like the system turned me around when I was trying to finalize my photo selection. The process for finalizing photo selection could be simplified.
