The picture I received was a photoshopped image on a green screen and it was blurry. I feel that should have been specified before ordering. They did offer to replace the image however I already had purchased the only other image available. I feel I should have been offered a refund,

My tassel frame is damaged. Ordering instructions are not clear. It didnt say that the photo was included so now I have 2 photos.
Proportions off. Face of graduate out of proportion in 8 x 10 photo I purchased. Camera appears to have been too close to graduate.

One of the pictures I ordered a print of was very blurry and so low quality that I won’t be framing it or showing it to my family. I’d like the cost of that 5x7 print refunded to make things right.
My graduation photo looks as if there is a filter of some sort on my face and it has completely blurred the image. I paid $136.00 for digital and print photos and they look horribly blurry. Every other area of the photo is clear except my face. I would like a refund as the photos are not usable.
The prices were too high iniyially but after discounted prices, it prompted me to buy it.
The special order items were not high quality at all. One was missing a piece
