Looked like I had a filter on my digit downloads so I bought more with less touch ups and my teeth looks more yellow on the pic than in real life. So I’m out of money for two sets of digital pictures I do not like.

I first picked/ordered 3 pictures to download and never could get them to download. I got an encrypted page that never worked. I waited until there was 20% off and ordered again, and it worked great, no problems!

The prices are too high for digital photos. I can understand trying to make a return on investment but it's more worth it to buy the cheaper physical photo and spend $0.50 to make your own digital scan. It would be better if the digital version were around the same price.
Also, for the last several weeks I've gotten at least one marketing email per day. This was extremely annoying and made me less likely to purchase.
I really like how the quality of the pictures turned out. And how the delivery of the products came so fast!! I wish they did more photography throughout school events
