Didn’t get the poses I requested.
The shipping was extremely quick and the photos look great! You had lots of great options to choose from, but the framed photos with the customized plague turned out very nicely and was exactly what my graduate wanted as a momento.
Great pictures that captured our special moments at graduation. Thank you for having photographers ready for this special day.

the picture of my daughter was not very good. I recognize you don't have much time to take pictures.
I believe that the photos should have been taken after the ceremony. The pictures were not that great because they felt really rushed and very generic without the diploma.
The quick delivery on the product and the quality of the pictures
You did a great job taking pictures, and you have a great variety of packages and items to choose from.
Better packages for online downloads - kind of expensive for the same photos with different backgrounds.
trying to order was not a real user friendly process.
I still have not received my pictures. I paid $200 and still do not have them.
Some of the pictures I got were of someone else.
But pretty amazing how you can catch a glimpse of my graduate, with all those grads.

I was disappointed in the quality of prints. My daughter was out of focus and the background was crystal clear. The pose was not very flattering. Can't make it right since the event is done and over with.

The quality is good but the daily emails and the lack of transparency in pricing was ridiculous. One day it was up, one day there was a sale, one day it went down. Just set a price and stick with it..

The graduation pictures are great. The effort in each and every click is clearly visible. I can’t imagine how hard it is to cover each and every student and not to disappoint anyone. I am so grateful to all the people who worked in the photography department for capturing my moments on such auspicious day. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work!! ;)
