I took 4 solo photos after the ceremony but I didn’t see them when you sent my photo
My stage clip only included the hooding portion not the entire crossing the stage and shaking hands with the podium group. The pictures where I’m shaking hands have a shadow on them.
Very pleased with the pictures that we received.
The quality of the photo is very bad, even I paid for touch ups it is still terrible quality. The cheeks are red
Photos are too expensive and slightly blurry
Overpriced and the pictures on stage have a distinct red shift, altering the color of the graduate's hair (creating red highlights/streaks that do not exist in real life).
My photos came soaking wet and when I reached out for help I received no response despite numerous follow ups. I just want non ruined versions of my photos.
The pictures are nice, but the frame and shipping material were very poor quality. The frame was broken when I received it due to poor packaging. The frame and picture covering are plastic. Very disappointed I spent $55 on it. I don’t want a replacement. I will purchase a wood frame with a glass picture covering.
Way to expensive
I liked the different variety & candid photos.
Either ask students to remove their glasses are offer a free touch up on glare shots that are directly in the face. I understand wanting an extensive polish or to correct other blemishes or background incurring a charge, but the option to have at least one primary image clear of anything blocking the graduates facial features should be done as a courtesy, not a stacked charge.
Overpriced
For someone who wasn't at the graduation, the pictures were fantastic. However, very expensive.

Easy to order and received quickly
Reasonably priced products. The website was easy to navigate.
Purchased the fridge magnets and they are tiny. I would have liked more transparency on the size.
The photographer that took the picture before I went on stage seemed annoyed and didnt let us really look in the mirror before he took the pic. The floor picture I was sent had someone in front of me almost fully covering me. I didn’t have any good walk up to the stage pictures.

I wished that the photographer had fixed details including how my hair sat, posing, and clothes laying down right. I feel like it was rushed and not made to look the best it could have, especially since I had to pay >$50 for a single picture that had no effort put into it.

One picture was blurred. I assumed since it was still offered as a draft option, it would be cleaned up. My mistake.

The pictures are nice. My son likes them. They are clear and good photos. I like the group photos best.
I thought I asked for retouching. The shine in my daughter’s checks, chin and forehead are disappointing. She also looks super pale. Not happy with the quality of the photo I received.
The photos were great and there were a variety of poses and backgrounds to choose from. They were also delivered earlier than expected. Very happy.
