Charging over $100 for digital downloads of pictures from one of the most important days in someone's life is outrageous. Additionally, it has been weeks since paying an exorbitant amount for digital downloads and I STILL have not heard about how to access them. A terrible experience overall.
Thought that I had ordered photos as well as a plaque. May be user error. The product I received is very nice.
I recommend looking into a way for customers to to remove or de-emphasize other random people in the background

Picture of our graduate was nicely done. Received in mail quickly, only complaint was the envelope wasn't as sturdy as it could have been, it was marked do not bend, it was slightly bent, the photo did straighten out in the frame just fine.

I ordered prints, 2 5x7’s and 1 10x14. I paid extra to have them professionally edited by your company. Each one is extremely poor quality. They are way too dark, glossy, and flimsy. The dark black background blends with my son’s black hair and black cap and gown. Does anyone look at these before they leave your building? They look like the prints you toss after developing a roll of film at a drug store. To make it right, please redevelop and resend to my home all 3 of these precious pictures of my son’s graduation.
