I was disappointed with the overall quality of the photography service. Unfortunately, very few of the photos met my expectations and if it was not such a big day I would have never bought them. The tree background was not flattering and detracted from the overall appearance of the images. I felt that there could be more guidance and direction from the photographer could have been helpful to ensure at least a few strong well composed photographs. In addition, my interactions with the direct off stage photographers were not particularly welcoming or professional. Given the significant cost of the service, I expected a higher level of quality, customer service, and attention to detail. I appreciate the effort involved, but overall I do not feel the experience or final product reflected the price paid.

The quality

The pictures were fabulous. My child very rarely smiles, and you captured him smilingly! It’s perfect!

Excellent service.

I have sent two emails without response. I spent extra to get the glare removed and it is not. Every picture is ruined and I spent somewhere around 100$. All I have to document her graduation is the magnets I purchased. I’d like a refund or a replacement.

Easy to use and images of good quality.

Our graduate is handicapped and cannot use his hands. His diploma was turned backwards. It would have been great if the person helping with the photo would have turned his diploma in the correct position

I think the images were overpriced for the size and the quantity. Everything is overpriced these days and consumers are being hit with the overcharge of ambition. The pictures arrived to me in a bent envelope that wasn’t weather resistant. I would’ve ordered more pictures if the price wasn’t so unattractive and spoiling of the occasion.

The colors were not the same. Brown vs maroon. Though there was a way to request a reprinting, it was too late.

There were several good shots during graduation. The site was easy to use to order downloads and photos.

The photos came timely and were exactly what we wanted.

I received my digital downloads. The store I was going to, to print the images required a release form. I emailed and asked for one and I’m very disappointed. I never received a response. I am still unable to print photos of the images I purchased. I feel I should be compensated as I wanted to send thank you letters and still have not received a response. I’m very disappointed in the whole situation.

I liked the ability to customize the photo although the plaque could have been bigger

Horrible photos. You did not get a single shot of my son holding his diploma alone. You sent me 5 photos, he had only one with the with the principal. I don’t want my only memory of him receiving his diploma with the principal in it. The other 4 photos was behind the curtains and contained a group of his peers and no shots of him holding his diploma.

The ordering process was very easy, delivery was timely.

I noticed that one of my large photos has the diploma cut off. Could a replacement photo be sent with the diploma shown correctly? Thank you for your help.

Pictures are beautiful and I understand you are trying to make money but the prices for digital prints are ridiculous

Variety of images, choices. The package I got worked good for us because I was able to get the poses and sizes everyone wanted in one package.

Lots of options and different photos

We were disappointed with our experience purchasing photos. The pricing felt disproportionate to the quality we received for printed photos, which are noticeably washed out compared to the digital previews. Digital copies were available, and preferred, but they were priced beyond what we could reasonably afford.
