The photos were awesome
I paid for glare removal and the image was not corrected so I had to call customer service to have the photos corrected and re-sent. The customer service person was very helpful but it would have been a better experience if it was corrected the first time.
I requested "glare removal" for a very obvious glare from a bright light in the image. There were no other glares and my son does not wear glasses. The order form did not have a comments section so that I could explicitly indicate that the glare was from the bright light. No correction was made and I had to re-order.

The regular pictures are much too expensive. Please at least have a cheap option for downloading the pictures ($15 - $20 for all pictures together), so that grads can get them printed elsewhere. Thank you.

I have reached out for assistance twice via email now and I have yet to receive a response. I paid for photos, received no email confirmation, and never received my photos either. I feel like I was basically robbed of $130 and I am constantly harassed by emails and texts about my photos. I am sending another email today, in hopes that I can get literally any response about my order.
I remember taking multiple photos, and less than 5 were available for view. I took a few while sitting in the crowd, and I was never able to see or purchase these photos.

That I have a few options to choose from.
The pictures weren't very clear and on the dark side.
The packages to choose from didn’t have different variety. There wasn’t much with 4x6 or if you wanted more wallets you didn’t get the bigger size pictures. Also, it would have been nice to have pictures of them sitting down watching the ceremony some candid shots. These could have been offered for a cheaper price so we could have them as fillers and not always with posed pictures.
First of all someone could respond to the email I sent telling you what was wrong with my pictures to Email address removed or Phone number removed. Order VGPhone number removed4, ordered the framed 10X18 - 3 image collage for 94.95 plus 1 5x7 for 11.95. I paid an extra 15.00 per photo total of 60.00 for retouching. None of my photos were retouched, all subjects have shiny and red faces. If this cannot be made right by retouching the photos then I would like a refund for the total of my order 186.91. This was a steep price to pay for the poor quality I received. I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

The photos of our grad were done very poorly and rushed. One of the photos that is supposed to contain our graduate only catches half of her. Ridiculous. We bought the digital package to have something to remember the occasion by, but the photographer should be ashamed.
The placement of the photographer made it difficult if not impossible to get good pictures. I would suggest adding a 2nd photographer in the future who is not facing the backsides of folks doing the pinning on.
Quality and speed of items received.
Web site for ordering could be easier to use. Hard to see what pictures have been selected and distinguish between similar pictures when selecting them.
Prices are a bit ridiculous especially for unedited digital files

Recieved portrait. For the cost did not feel had to pay extra for a few hairs on the shoulder. It should have been done for free.
