A preview image is needed of the selected photo paired/combined with the associated plaque or frame.
I ordered a digital download of some graduation photos on May 23rd and have not received a confirmation email or an email with a link to download photos. I checked spam and trash in my email.
I emailed the customer service email listed on the order confirmation that was shown on the website (Email address removed) and received no response. Again, checked trash and spam.
I wonder if the initial order issue (no confirmation email and no email download link) is because I checked out as a guest?
The actual experience at graduation was fine. The website where you select the photos kept logging you out aggressively, but that was just a minor annoyance.
Not getting the photos nor a response to my email to customer service is why I rated the way I did.
What you can do is send me the pictures I paid for and fix this for the future so others can get an email confirmation, the pictures they paid for, and responses to the customer service email listed in the order confirmation on the website.

The photos were not what I would have taken. The photos of my grad shaking hands with the principal was not timed right. There was no photo in front of the 2026 sign. I thought that is what took so long. Also, the prices were insanely expensive! Considering they were not the best photos and we cannot take our own...this is a racket!

Different options and beautiful product. Quick processing and delivery was great as well! I also appreciate the university having people to get us ready for the pictures.
I gave 2 stars for the effort, all important pictures were fuzzy, sane picture was used with different backgrounds, anyone can do that. And, for the price I paid it’s only electronic format? Should be able to receive an actual pictures.

It was amazing
I did not realize that the majority of the middle of photo has white (im guessing due to flash) in it so the red diploma has white all over it. Picture looks terrible.
Too many reminder emails even after I ordered.

I am disappointed in the relatively low quality of the digital photos we purchased and the ridiculously expensive prices you charge.

The picture we received of our daughter receiving degree and shaking hands was blurry and lighting was off. For a “professional” picture (for which we paid $60+) I was expecting much better quality. The frame wasn’t anything of quality and the picture which was a single photo paper with two images and the “plaque looking” event title was also a part of the same single photo paper.
I was expecting the same quality I got when my oldest graduated 3 years ago. It was a professional frame with two individual matted pictures and an actual plate for the event label. And it didn’t cost as much as I paid for this one.
I get that it’s probably a different company but it’s still a college graduation.
I paid 15 extra for removing glass glare and pic ended up a little fuzzy. Prices are really high for what you get. I will say I received my order promptly and that is greatly appreciated.

Very easy to order. Nice variety of pictures to choose from.
It felt very rushed and photos came out so-so.
Maybe more ushers to guide the grads and their families.
Man yall played in our face , you did a copy and paste and a very horrible job , those pics were disappointing and yall should be ashamed especially charging those prices, I was excited to purchased my pics but when I saw the proofs I only purchased one very disappointing
