Very fast! My pictures came back weeks before they were supposed to. Thanks Grad Team for the quick shipping.
Well, I felt the prices were high and when I ordered two prints, I could not place the order in one transaction, which meant I had two separate transactions and had to pay shipping two times for what should have been one order. Further, when I reached out to the provided customer service address, I was told that I needed to figure out who the actual photographer was and go to them, that that your company was only the distributor or some such. I was also told no one else had this issue and was I sure I ordered correctly. AS if I have never ordered anything on line before. I found the response lacking.
I was very pleased with the wide variety of photos and the extremely fast turn around. I was incredibly impressed with how many photos that were captured of my son, considering the vast amount of students that were being photographed. The photos were excellent quality and I would definitely recommend The Grad Team.
The only minor concern that I had was that we were charged for eyeglass glare correction for the same pose with different backgrounds. As the graduate appears in front of a greenscreen and the backgrounds can easily be changed, it seemed that it was a bit pricey to have to glare removed from the same pose, just because the background changed.
I paid an extra fee for touch ups but nothing was touched, wouldn't recommend this business

The Grad picture session that is scheduled for individual photos ahead of graduation wasn't what I was hoping for. It felt like cattle being herded. There wasn't a variety or individuality to the photos. Each person was given a gown and quickly pushed through the photos. For the lack of variety, I wasn't impressed and then the cost was a shock altogether. I spent $200 for a few digital files, not even prints! The whole experience was just not what I was looking for.
When nailing the pictures please place them in a plastic sleeve and then in a harder stiffer mailer.
My photos arrived in a paper envelope and photos got wet and curled up where they were wet. I will say that the customer service lady that I spoke with was very kind and helpful and made a reorder. I had photos of how they arrived but she said it wasn’t needed The next group of photos came pretty quickly and was in a thicker mailer and arrived dry. The mailer did get a bit wet but kept the photos dry.

I wish I had a better seat so I wouldn’t have needed to pay you for a decent photo of my son receiving his diploma.
I took some graduation pictures for my son Albany State University Damani Last name removed. You cannot even see his eyes there is a glare of light in them. Pls can you replace the pictures with something else or remove the glare. Thank you.
I asked months ago to have my order corrected and have followed up twice with no reply. For as expensive as the photo's are, I would think it would be a simple fix given all the information was provided. Order #VGPhone number removed3 if you ever want to correct my order.
Easy to share link with family and easy to shop/receive images. I also thought the photographers tracked photos well and tagging people appropriately.
The photo setups on the lawn were great and the services ran very smoothly. We were impressed with the organization and so happy with the photos.

One of the shots was blurry and it wasn’t when I chose it and all of the photos were bent in the lower corner…poor packaging for the money I spent!

I purchased digital copies of my pictures in November. When I went to download the photos the link said they were no longer available. I have emailed customer support twice since then and have received no response. So I am basically out $100 and never got my photos.

I sent an email on June 3, 2026 requesting feedback on the 5x7 Graphic Plaque, but the image of your plaque and where the wording goes was very difficult to see on your website. I searched on your entire website and could not find a better image of what exactly the plaque looked like. I requested that we be sent us a PROOF of the IMAGE so we can review. I never heard anything back. We were sent our order in the mail. We were unhappy with the plaque and would have changed a few things differently not knowing what the layout looks like. Talk about a company that does not care!

I have a question about the file size for the photos. The JPG size for the gray background photos is only 602KB and 816KB. The outside back is 1.7KB. Are these the full resolution files? I ask because when I go to have 8X10 or 11X14 images printed I am told that because of the file size the photos may have some blur. I know my typical photo files are approximately 3-5MB to ensure I do not have that issue. Is there a way to get the full file resolution from when the photo was taken.

Two photos arrived with bent corners and I reached out but no one replied.
I ordered a package, including an 8 x 10 of Ben on the stage during the ceremony receiving his diploma and shaking hands… And the picture is completely blurry!!!
I’m shocked!! I would love a photo of him during this special moment….. is there anyway you can send me another clear picture?
