The images captured were mediocre. There were only 2 images I would even consider, and I ordered one. However, your prices are outrageous so I could only afford to purchase 2 5x7's of ONE image. Not only that, but during the ceremony, the photographers seemed very rude and as if we were an inconvenience to them. I'm not sure how you can make things right. I would have loved to have gotten both images I liked, however, I cannot afford them and I am sad that only 2 images were "salvagable" from this huge moment/accomplishment in my life.

You charged $100 for 3 jpeg images. There were blurry shots in the available images.
The best thing to do is take better shots to begin with, especially in the age of mirrorless and noise reduction software where it's really cost effective to shoot at high enough ISO's to have good shutter speed no matter what. That doesn't even factor in modern eye detect autofocus. If you're selling 15 megapixel shots, at least optionally sell the RAWs (Or noise reduced DNGs) so people that know what they're doing can do better post processing.
There was glare reflected from the diploma in my daughter's photo. You couldn't read the diploma.

The photos were very expensive and I received an imperfection on one of them.
I didn't like the pictures with other student's partial boby parts shown within some if the photos, some of the pictures were duplicates of the same graduates just different poses and sideviews. I think the Headshots were perfect and the photographer that attended the Cap and Gown ceremony was wonderful and precise.
I paid extra for enhancements. The photos showed glare.

The pictures I ordered, my son's face is not even in focus! The flag behind him was. I am very disappointed. Total waste of my money.
The photos (8x10s and 5x7) sent in an envelope with flimsy cardboard. The post office didn't care there were photos inside and folded it to fit in my mailbox. $120 in pictures with bends in them is frustrating when you could simply add thicker, unbendable cardboard. Also in the online image selection, another student's pictures were combined with mine.
I like the plaques, although the title sign was a bit crooked. I enjoy the outcome of the photos provided. I also appreciate the given opportunity to be able to order the photos, as I wasn’t able to afford them at the exact time that they were first taken. I appreciate the offer kept to extend me a second chance. Thank You!
You think you’re so special charging people like like 200$ for 6 JPEG files? And you really expect me to believe you’re gonna charge 10 bucks for a „tune up“ when there’s hundreds of us? When would anybody find the time to actually put in the work and then deliver something thoughtful. You are gonna put that photo through AI on Adobe Lightroom and call it a day. Idk who gets the bigger cut but taking advantage of people trying to hold on to a memory of their youth and their accomplishments is shameful.

I didn’t realize we would have to pay for pictures, if this would’ve been advertised, it would have been easier to plan money wise. The photos- even the digital versions are pretty pricey and this wasn’t an expense I was expecting.
There weren't many pictures taken of me. I would have ordered the photo book, but again there weren't enough pictures of me in my cap and gown to order the book.
