The photos came out ok. But my issues are from the website problems (crashed when I tried to order the first time), and the fact they couldn't do anything about a mistake I made. I wanted glossy on one of the photos, clicked normal, and after ordering I noticed my mistake. I contacted customer support right away asking if they could change it, or cancel that one picture and I'll reorder it, this was done within 5-10 minutes of the order. But they said nothing could be done, the order was made. What's the point of customer service of they're useless? I'm spending hundreds of dollars on overpriced pictures (that did come out nice I will note) and you can't fix one mistake I made? I wasn't asking for a handout, all I wanted them to do is bill me the difference, change it to glossy, or remove that photo and I can order it again and eat the shipping cost. But nope, that's too hard for them.
Would I recommend them? Nope, not after looking at their prices and after their customer support.

The photos are too expensive, and I was disappointed with the quality of my photos for the price.
Most of the photos taken of me were absolutely crap. they are terrible angles, moving, talking, blurred, etc. and that includes the other people in the photo too. I bought the few acceptable ones in print because it was extremely unaffordable to have digital copies of this special once in a lifetime event. I would love a refund considering but I also am not stupid and know a company like this would never do that so hopefully this is seen and the next people have their once in a lifetime graduation ceremony get better photos and prices.
Terrible pictures. Photographer was apparently rushed. Very unfortunate for such a critical event. Quality of photos was nothing more than that of a drug store.

The graduation pictures could have been better if they were touched up a bit. We thought we were getting better quality pictures. It was a waste of money and the photos remain in the package.
Photo quality and backgrounds were suboptimal, pricing was higher than the product of the work, too many notifications regarding purchasing photos.
My pictures were so amazing! I loved them and the photographers were very professional and polite!
We were extremely disappointed in the results of the 'professional' photography. Our son's eyes were closed on the main graduation photo. For a professional photographer not to check/verify and make sure they got that part right, inexcusable. We pay such a premium for 'professional' photography. As a gesture of good faith, your company should extend a refund on the photos we settled on in our purchase. I had intended on reaching out to Kansas State University to let them know our frustration.

First, The cost of the photos is completely unreasonable. Second, there was only one additional photo I was in and the backgrounds for the grad photo booth were cheesy.
On my magnet photos the photo is not centered…looks funny. Delivery was spot on and came just right before Christmas…perfrct
my favorite part is how the photos have been already pre-selected based on facial recognition because there are SO many graduates at every ceremony. i got some really great pictures from yall and have printed and put up several of the photos, as well as sending them to extended family :))))
The Text link opened but you could not place an order that way. It would not let you add anything to the cart. I finally got ONE photo into a cart using a web browser on desktop computer but couldn't get more. Would have bought more if site had worked better. Multiple people in the family tried and I was the only one able to get 1 photo ordered.
