Ordering was easy and the products came quickly. They were great quality photos and the whole family enjoyed them. It's nice to have someone else take pictures so I can focus on the graduation and cheering!

Portrait style photos are fine but I also bought shots from the ceremony and the quality is awful. I wish I hadn’t.

A little pricey but the photographs were beautifully done. Very professional. Quick turnaround on prints. Wish there was a 4x6 option.

I have been playing phone tag with the Grad Team. I left a detailed message. They call me back so that they could not find my photo then they said they had it, still know a solution. Today has been a week between emails and phone calls.
I received a photo of my son’s hooding ceremony and the diploma was cut in half off the picture. You could not see the school he graduated from. I requested a replacement picture a week ago and still have not been able to talk to a live person to verify it will be sent. Thank you, Name removed

What could we do to improve?

Your pictures came out fine, but I would never order another special item from you guys. The magnet is microscopic….it looks as small as a baseball card from a pack of bubble gum from 1920. The plaque is plain, no school colors and again, SMALL! It looks more like it belongs in a memorabilia shop with the same baseball card to be sold for $7 and be hung on a 13-year old’s bedroom wall. I ordered it to go next to one we got for his high school graduation through Romagueira Photography. The high school looks spectacular….your plaque is embarrassing near it, so I’ve chosen NOT to even hang it.

The picture quality is okay, but the envelope came completely folded in half despite the label that read "photos do not bend." While I realize that is the USPS' fault, better packaging for shipping would solve the problem. A single flimsy piece of cardboard in a regular envelope is not sufficient especially considering the price of each photo.

I emailed about one of my photos being cropped to cut out most of my friends face, more than once, and never heard back. You could make it right by correcting the image I paid for.

I am not sure why I am receiving this survey - there is no context.
If it is for the quality of the photo I have ordered, I have not received any product yet to make such judgement. From the proofs that I had to chose from, they look like they will be nice.
