First you sent a product with the wrong picture and wrong school. Then you sent the correct mug with the right picture. However, the picture was blurry and my son looked demonic. The mug was one color instead of the schools two colors (like the first incorrect mug which was. two colors) and the logo was not the logo, just some letters. I emailed about the issues and requested a refund and didn't receive a response. You don't need to make it right. I resolved the issue another way.

Did not find my daughter.
The cheap plastic from my photo came is was broken upon arrival. I would like it replaced with a decent frame. I paid $100 for a $10 print and and a $3 frame. Complete rip off. I don’t mind paying for quality. This was terrible.
Not great options if pictures and poses
They were beautifully done and showed my son's true personality.
Editing the photos not to be so costly. Some edits should come with photos.
I really liked the ease of ordering and not only did pictures arrive on time but they were packaged well and in good condition
The people were great and the photos were fine but the prices after the fact were a little crazy. I couldn’t even show people a watermarked picture on my phone. :,(

The quality of the photo and the quick service.
Your portal / web kinda sucks. I had to reload my cart not once but 2 times when I clicked away from it for less than a minute. No joke. I was just trying to verify with my daughter on the picture and so went into a text message and BOOM, the cart is empty again. It was not a friendly experience.
Pictures were ordered and arrived well ahead of promised time, so that I why I gave the rating of 5. Half was a great experience and half was not.
The graduation photos were real good.
I think the prices for digital pictures are too high. Especially when I didn't need any touch ups and I could not adjust fonts or font sizing.
Editing…photos were very shiny…
The photo i ordered was out of focus and my son's eyeglasses had a glare on both lenses. I could have taken a better photo with my phone.
We had 1 picture that wasn't even my son
The angle of my picture is so low, it looks terrible.
The photographs were great, the digital download worked fine. The wooden plaque with the graduates picture and school seal was cheap and definitely not worth the money spent. I sent that to my son (the graduate) as a gift, and he was disappointed in the quality and said he wouldn't bother hanging it.
