I ordered three pictures. One is very blurry and not worth the money it cost. I guess I expected it to be better quality.
Didn't like same picture with just diferent background right now everyone can edit pictures like that sometimes kids put better mode and smile to others than the parents this was my situation that is the reason I buy only fews I was waiting find more options from that special day 🙄

The pictures of my daughter were crooked. The Grad Team was able to straighten half of them, so I could order some. I would have liked to order the close-up ones, but it was not possible to straighten them.

for the pictures to be as expensive as it was, you would think the pictures would be clear and better quality. Also other graduates got multiple poses and others only got one? the photographers didn’t look to make sure things weren’t tangled or if other things needed to be removed. poor quality in my opinion.

The photographer had only 2 poses, and unfortunately, one was with a thumbs up. Not what we wanted. The pictures also had an orange tint.

I submitted a request and never received a response. Responding to your customers would be a good first step.
When I was editing the photo that I purchased. The up and down feature worked but the left to right did not. So, the grad is not centered.
I did like the candids, but better poses.
My older son graduated from a different university and I have professional photos of him receiving his degree cover from the dean shaking hands and a great photo after receiving the degree cover. I even have a great professional photo of myself receiving my college degree from the bishop back in 1989.
