The photos need to be sent in a more protective packaging such as a box or padded envelope. My photos came in a simple cardboard envelope that was bent and ripped. When I opened the package, the 8x10 photos were slightly bent. I paid a lot of money for these photos so I expected them to be immaculate. I hope this does not happen to anyone else in the future.
I like that you could pick up your items the day of the ceremony instead of paying extra for shipping. I like how everything you need for graduation was located in one area. However, I wish there was an opportunity to get your picture taken for those who were late to the ceremony and missed the picture.
Photos were processed and sent out quickly. Easy to order with lots of packages and options.
Immediately after I signed up for the facial recognition I got over 30 spam emails, some in foreign languages. Very frustrating and I'm still trying to unsubscribe my email from some. The photos themselves were great and the facial recognition software was impressive. The prices were crazy high though for digital downloads of photos taken in the parking garage.

The guy that took the picture really doesn't care when taking the picture. The result really bad. The stole not balance, the pose bad. The cap not at the right direction.
I mean a good photographer should fix the pose or anything, let the person know what's the one that not righ, to make a good result. Not jus say its good when it is not good.

Have the graduates pose where there isn't such a glare on their glasses. They can tilt their head slightly to reduce this a $15 a picture to remove the glare is outrageous as we are already paying a lot of money for the photoes

The prices of the photo packages were way too expensive. The process of getting professional photos at the event took way too long.

The pictures were beautiful, but my daughter and I were VERY disappointed when we saw that no one told my daughter her hair was still underneath her hood before her picture was taken. These were her med school graduation pictures and very important to us, and it only takes a second for someone to be there with the photographer and help the ladies make sure that their hair is not underneath their hood. I still purchased a couple of these pictures for her because it was the end of her schooling forever, but it was very much a disappointment to us all.

Two things:
1) Improvement for a better cropping in the edit so when pics are for certain sizes, the grad would not be cropped so close at the feet or hands leaving space for frame.

2) After I received my first order - I wanted to order more from your site but cannot seem to find that option. Please let me know in case I missed that.

The background should have had a screen or something. All you see are legs and thighs sticking out behind her.

You did a good job the picture with my grandson receiving his diploma was a little blurry but it’s fine
The price and cost for digital photos are too expensive. Packages are also pricey when you can purchase a digital photo and print what you need at CVS or Walmart cheaper.
We were not informed about photos being taken during graduation. It was a rush job and most of my photos were blurry or inaccurate.
