The pictures are beautiful and I love the finish. All these for my daughter and she and I are both very happy with the finished product! They came in the mail more quickly than we expected.

I have emailed several times about the editing of my photos and how there is a red film over my pictures. I am very disappointed in the quality of photos.
I was quite disappointed when I received my pictures. While I understand that the photographers are in a hurry, they took quite a bit of time to get my hair out of the way, but didn't ensure that I didn't have a double chin before taking the picture. The options for touch-ups when purchasing were very unclear, and after purchasing the touch-ups, I had to pay for the double chin to be removed after purchasing images.

My husbands stole was crooked and they could have asked him to straighten it. Half the pictures were useless as it was tucked into his arm.
Great pics, easy ordering
Very satisfied with the candid on-stage photo at the moment when my son received his degree (cover). I purchased the digital download of that photo.
Pretty disappointing though, when they did the planned, posed photo in the student center before the ceremony, that the pic got him in a blink.
I would've understood that could happen in the candid on-stage moment where one-shot-is-all-you-got. Hard to understand why they didn't shoot it again with the photo that took place before the ceremony. For obvious reasons, I did not purchase any of the many variations/backgrounds that were offered, all with the same blinking photo. From a business point of view, it's hard to understand why you'd even send us that pic at all, as if it was something you were proud to offer us.

My son's pictures were blurry
Lighting was horrible. Quality of picture was horrible. After spending over $60 for a digital download that I can’t use, I received NO response from the customer service team after sending an email. 0/10 would recommend.
The pictures I purchased look blurry and not as sharp as I expected. While I like the picture itself, the image quality is upsetting. The sample image sent to me before purchasing was too small and distorted to accurately represent the actual image I would be buying. Unsure what can be done after purchasing the pictures.
