Most of the fake backgrounds were just goofy and a waste of time. Also, $50 for a single digital photo download is just insane. I would have liked to see a more affordable package deal for photos.
I ordered three digital prints and only received one. I have emailed customer service and they only sent me the one. Not sure if it’s a technology thing with Macs or what, but I’d really like the pictures I ordered and never thought it would take so much effort!
Too expensive, did not stop or direct students to take a photo at various spots while receiving diplomas. Arguing with students that did or did not want to take photos showing teeth
My picture came with a stain right on my face that looked like I was eating whipping cream face down right before getting my diploma 😔

The pictures receiving the diploma cover weren't focused nor from a good angle. The photos that were focused, were the candids that couldn't be cropped. These were horrible.
Prices are very high. Providing more affordable packages.
One of my pictures came in the mail just fine but the second one had a misprint on it that made it look like a scratch on the image.
The prices are outrageous. We already paid tens of thousands to graduate and you were likely paid by the university. Having us pay $150 for just 6 DIGITAL pictures of us that we did not ask you to take is insane.
Sent me the wrong pictures and haven’t received any response from them.

From the text from my grandson that photos were available and he gave me the link, to accessing the photos and choosing a pose, to payment and mailing address and receiving my photo, the experience was most accurate, efficient and lightning fast! I’m a happy grandmother!!

The images are clear , and beautiful. The shipping was fast . The prices are fair and customer service is quick to respond with any questions you may have . I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

This precious moment for my daughter Emma Last name removed receiving her med school and the best picture had her eyes closed. Yuck. We had to buy anyways. Another of the shots had mostly the girl sitting next to her in the picture. Not sure if it was in focus either. I would like my money back. Normally I don’t complain but we will never get this moment back. Name removed.
The photography team was great. The price was not. I actually wonder if you would make more if you dropped the price. I would have ordered more photos and I'm certain more people would have ordered photos at all.

The quality of the picture I ordered was horrible. The color was completely washed out. Out of the 4 kids I've had graduate, these were by far the worst pictures.
Ordered basic touch up and my son's face looks pink compared to his neck.

Both of my ordered pictures had scratches and scuffs, one with a mark next to my son's face. I emailed the company a couple of weeks ago asking for a new 5x7 copy to be sent to me and I didn't get any response.
