The picture we have is pretty blown out color wise and not lit well

The photos are a wonderful momento of graduation. Good quality paper and print.
The picture did was did not show any signs of stains when chosen, however when I receive the picture it were stains on the picture and it was not clear. Highly not satisfied.
The actual photo of my student receiving his diploma is off center. However, the main complaint is the price. If you'd offer a better price, you'd sale a lot more photos.
The quality of the print was not what I had expected for the price. Also, if your packages weren't priced outrageously, I probably would have bought one of those instead of a couple 5x7.
My product arrived damaged and I have made two separate contacts and no response. I am stuck with a broken frame (not even broken at the joints - broken in random areas where I can’t glue it) !!!!

Ordered a "pearlized print", I believe? Wish it would have been explained better as to what it would look like. Looked very cheap. Was just looking for a nice quality matte picture; this was glossy and horrible.
I liked the presentation of the photos and how they were delivered.
More photo options with less busy backgrounds.
Maybe decrease the prices for individual photo proofs?
I was hoping for some good pictures. The pictures turned out like mug shots. The grad said he was told not to smile.
Not sure if it was a misunderstanding or what, but I did not get a good graduation photo from the school.
The added backgrounds were very nice. We liked the pictures of the hood being placed and our daughter receiving her diploma from the college dean, all images that would be difficult to take with our own camera. In several of the other photos, our daughters' eyes were closed. She said it was difficult to know when the camera was taking a picture because there was no clicking sound or light flashing. Most of these photos were with other students, faculty members, or while walking. Overall, I am grateful the Grad Team provides this service. Thank you!!

I purchased the $90.95 Prestige Pkg which includes a digital download of the chosen photo. I have contacted customer service twice requesting the download, and never received even the curtesy of a response. I am extremely disappointed. I could've had copies of my own photos done for less money. It's one thing for errors to occur, but to ignore customer service requests when those are the instructions given for handling of problems, is just poor business.
I did not receive the photos I ordered.
Ordered one 5 x 7 of Emily Last name removed Montana State Grad pic. Background was quite red and her face was extremely shiny.. overall red tone of entire pic was awful. Very disappointed. We will not be displaying this pic so money refunded would be appropriate. I could even send you a pic of me ripping it in half, if needed.
The picture quality is so worst and they charge too high.
My daughter's pictures came out beautiful however I paid for a facial touch up and I didn't received it on the digital images. Also I would have like a variety of pictures and poses.
To be completely transparent it’s very hard to afford any pictures. It became very sad that I was unable to afford the memories captured. Professionalism was great however.
