Very expensive
All of my graduation photos were very blurry and it looked like I cut my head out with scissors and photoshopped it on a background. Just very disappointed in the quality of a very special day in my life. Definitely not worth the $200 I spent on these photos.
I guessed I missed read my purchase I was charge $55 plus for one download and when I just called customer service I was told that’s all I get. I thought I would receive the picture in the mail also. Definitely disappointed with the price and not receiving a physical picture
All the different poses and choosing the background.
Actually it made it harder to choose, on the kidding side.🙃
And the immediate delivery was also a plus.

I placed the order and the pictures arrived in a very timely manner. I loved the variety of packages and item selections.
The magnets look terrible
The back drop, photo shops were terrible, the only good photo was the actual photo of receiving the diploma. I ordered the digital copy and it was only 1.5 mb. Extremely low quality by todays standard.
Far too expensive. Predatory. "Oh we'll take pictures so you don't have to" well MSU is a working school and a lot of people can't afford your prices so now I would bet that a lot of people just don't have grad photos. It's not entirely your fault, the school is at fault here too. Shame on both of you.

Pricing needs to be more affordable
Standing still pictures were shot at an upward angle (from under the chin) too much.
The quality of the digital downloads wasn't what I would expect from professionals.
Trying to login and find the pictures afterward was a pain, there were people with QR code at the event but they walked on the outsides and those of us who had to stand on the inside lines were not able to get it. If there was an email blast included in all the commencement emails that would have been easier to distribute
I just don't have anyone graduating again anytime soon. The photos were great and I'd order again.
The photos on stage were not from the correct angle. Looked like clipped from a video recording. These are once in life time events and you guys messed it up.
Picture was not centered on graduate and got the back head shot of the director handing out the diplomas
