I had problems downloading my graduation picture.

2 years ago my oldest daughter graduated from the same university (Evangel) and I ordered pictures of her. I thought I was duplicating that order but when I received my pictures, the 3 magnets were significantly smaller than my other child's. I also wish they would have moved my daughter's tassel. It's not even seen in the pictures at all. Wish I could attach pictures here to show you what I mean.
Your prices are predatory. You charge so much because you know people will suffer fomo because you’re the only option for official photos. I may have bought more photos if your prices were more reasonable.
Never received the keychain I ordered. Even called the customer service, and waited a week, still nothing.

I would like to speak with someone about photos we received. The color quality is very poor, and we'd like to have them redone. Skin tones are terrible and the colors on the stole (over the shoulder) should be gold and royal, and they look pea green and purple. Help, please? I will also go into my account and see what can be done.

I have not gotten any updates on my magnet order and my frame for one of my orders came to me damaged

The picture I received has a yellow/ green haze. I could not see that in the proof. I think you should have touched the picture up.
The prices are ridiculous
Your group photos poor quality shot on low resolution camera. Switch to high resolution camera in the future such as Sony a7r5 so customers can zoom in on individual people
Professional service
Prices are extremely expensive. 100 dollars for 3 digital images. Not happy at all with that, and no other choice for my daughter’s college graduation. It’s a monopoly and very unfortunate.
Photos are blurry for size 8x10, was expecting better quality for how expensive they are.
There were lots of great shots from my son’s graduation- really nice individual pictures of each graduate.

The pictures came out poorly becauae I didn't know where the photographers were for most of them. The flash washed out my face. There were too few pictures to choose from.
Her pictures were not flattering at all! And the prices were steep.

Terrible customer service. The photos I received had been edited to the point that the graduate's face and eyes looked unnatural. After paying, I tried to order an unedited copy. I emailed the Grad Team and their customer service department a few times with no response. I would not recommend The Grad Team.
