In looking at the proofs..the images did not appear “shiny” but when printed the face is shiny through out. Knowing that I would have selected retouching but the shiny wasn’t reflected on the proof. A waste of 100 dollars for shiny pictures
Neither my parents or I cared for the backgrounds that were offered on the picture taken prior to walking on stage. It was hard to pick one that we all liked. I wished there were more options.

Me and my friends had pictures taken outside by one of the professional photographers, and we were told these pictures were going to be sent to our accounts and we all never got them (3).
The price!! Way to expensive to pay 120 bucks for a couple of semi good photos.

As a college student I don't make a lot of money and the pictures were really expensive for them to arrive at my house making it seem like I had a black eye during the event which I did not. You can make it right by fixing the pictures that look messed up. If I wanted bad photos I could have taken the photos myself.
There is so much going on at a college graduation and it was nice knowing someone would get a good picture! The pictures, with multiple backgrounds and poses, were very much appreciated by this mom. The order arrived quickly and the quality was wonderful! Thank you!

Pictures overall came out great but the preparation for shipment and shipping was poor , the photos that I ordered had a crease in them, my daughter ordered a separate package and hers was in a total different envelope and was well protected, mine was not the case. I don’t know if y’all are using different vendors for pictures.

Lower your prices for digital pictures, downloading a picture of yourself for $50-$60 is ridiculous.

they didn’t upload half our photos, the posed ones we took after walking across the stage. multiple people contacted customer service and they kept saying no one had contacted them to let them know, and then still didn’t extend the sale prices
