We received images that were not even our student and ended up with 3 overpriced images that were impersonal. So disappointed.

You took an amazing variety of photos considering how many students there are at Purdue. The essentials were all there too---getting the diploma, shaking hands, walking across stage.

I never received the digital photos I ordered. I can’t even find a confirmation email from my order yet was still charged. I tried emailing customer response and the emails fail to deliver
The photographers were friendly and I think a good job of getting pictures at different times in the ceremony. I have never been to a graduation that had so many photographers taking pictures during every time of the ceremony. That was very nice, since I couldn't be at each part to take pictures. Thank you for being so considerate of the parents and wanting to have all the memories without the stress!
Prices increased even thoigh I had received a text that same day that it was the last day to purchase at the reduced price. Sent an email asking about it and received zero response, not even an acknowledgement that I sent an email.
I have emailed twice about my pictures with no response. One of the 5X7 pictures is of my son and his friends. The original picture shows all four of them together and we ordered two 5X7. When we received the actual picture, his friend on the left side was completely cut off. There are only three of them showing. This is not acceptable and my son was very hurt by this. I asked that a new corrected picture be sent showing all four of them. Your company has ignored my concern. It is shameful that this occasion which is a once in a lifetime event seems meaningless to you. We want the two 5X7 pictures corrected showing all four of them. They were best friends in high school. Your company needs to do the right thing and fix this.

My son’s photos came out great.
Quality of photos were sub par and way too expensive. I had to take digital file I purchased to a photography lab to have photoshop work done on image before I could have prints made. The photo taken was horrible, his gown was bunched on one side and chords all crooked. The photographer should have an assistant who should have assisted in making sure students gown and cords were straight or at least tell the student to fix before taking shot. Very disappointed.
Lighting was bad. Face was shiny.
The background was the same as last year for his bachelor degree. Would have been nice to see something different for a masters
