Your photos cost way too much to get a digital download. You need to lowercase your prices more

I understand that it was really sunny but it was so disappointing to pay $200+ to get her pictures and have them look like a snapshot I took with my phone. Her diploma pics (before walking the stage to get her actual diploma) are in so much sun that one side of her forehead looks like it has a blank hole in the picture instead of her skin. You’re professionals and you charged and obscene amount of money. You guys couldn’t have found a place out of direct sunlight to take those pictures or brought something to shade them a bit while you took photos?

Spent full price on a professional graduation picture of my son. Received it in the mail and found it to be of poor quality in its coloring as was over exposed. I contacted company to remedy situation and was told that yes, they agree, that it was overexposed. But nothing they could do. Was only offered a 20% off coupon to purchase more of their products that are of poor quality as well? Ridiculous.
At the very least, was expecting a refund.

As I reported before to the Grad Team via online, the photos taken at LSU’s graduation were rushed. Why would I pay for photos that have his tassel year 2024 completely backwards and cords all untidy and covering the LSU on his grad gown. I did order one photo and was disappointed with the quality of the print I received. It was of my son shaking hands with the Dean on stage. The coloring of the print was dark and poor quality. If you could fix this and resend my order I would be grateful. But I really dont know if anyone is going to read this. So if someone from the grad team is interested in customer satisfaction please contact me. Photos were excellent, ordering was easy
I paid for hair touch up and it was not done. I have emailed 3 times/ filled out the customer service form beginning June 1. No response. Extremely disappointed.

I think the website needs to be more user friendly and the option of 4 x 6 size should be available.
My pictures arrived wet and were ruined. I have filled out your form on your website with no contact whatsoever. This place is trash!!!
Portraits were terrible, I wasn't given the time to smile or pose or even allowed to stand still for more than the length of the exposure time. The goal was just to get us through portraits as fast as possible, not to get good photos. I suspect the people taking the photos were not trained photographers at all. Also the photographer was shorter than me and I didn't have the option to sit, so the angle was really bad. I knew it would be a bad portrait before I even saw it.
The price for digital images was absolutely disgraceful! This is a state school full of first generation, low income, and non traditional students. The company should be ashamed of their price gouging.
Pics were great and delivery was pretty quick.
