don't make a picture cost 60 dollars
Pics were blurry
Every thing we ordered was received and did not have to pay all at once.
Too expensive and poor photo quality, ie not truly professional due to shadows and framing of shots.

The purchase of pictures from your website was frustrating. The website is not arranged in a logical way. There is no reason why the pictures could not be arranged by graduate rather than by pose. Although I appreciate that all of the graduates worked very hard to achieve this goal, I do not want scroll through hundreds of pictures of people I don't know. If scrolling through pictures of my daughter's DVM class mates wasn't enough, the site included random undergraduate classes, completely unacceptable. I understand that watermarking pictures is important to protect your product but the intense watermark scrolling on each picture makes it difficult to see and appreciate the picture, a simple "Sample" across the picture should suffice. Lastly, there were many pictures that were blurry, there is no excuse for that mistake. You probably don't care much as people only visit the website once but given what you charge for the pictures the experience should be much better.
Photos were of excellent quality and they were reasonably priced. Order was received quickly. I am very pleased.
My photo I ordered was super blurry even when I asked for touch ups. I ended up paying $25 for one photo and it looked horrible.

My pictures were perfect. They are crisp, clear and the colors were on point. The material feels nice and thick, you can tell they are great quality as soon as you see them.
Several of the pictures had a weird artifact prominent in the photos I preferred. I emailed before ordering to see if they can be corrected. I never received a response and had to order my lesser preferred photos. Also, one of the photos featuring a few friends had my son out of frame almost entirely.

The pictures I ordered were not in focus and very dark. The price was very high for the poor quality photos. I appreciated the option as I did not have a good seat to take photos myself but the poor quality for the price was a disappointment.

The photos were really great and I was surprised to see candid and “fun” photos! The image quality, professional lighting, and posing of my daughter looked great! They caught her personality beautifully! I thought we might get one or two formal photos at best. We were pleasantly surprised with the variety and locations included! We did pay $150 for 6 downloads, so they are not cheap, however, the quality of the photos for this special and well-earned day made it worth the price! Thank you for capturing these moments 🩷
