Pricing of products is ridiculous. The photos were no better than my own.
I didn’t expect the pictures to be laminated. That was not clearly described. I’m very disappointed.

There was no time taken to see that the tassel was situated correctly (so that you could read "24" in the picture). The photos were bent when we received them.
Really good quality, but way too expensive!
The photos taken to remember my graduation day were alright. There were multiple unplanned and taken too fast which had resulted in my eyes being closed and the flash white washing the images. The photos there were acceptable were incredibly expensive and had caused me to borderline not buy any physical or digital copy. I am annoyed that on multiple occasions these photos being taken during graduation were praised to the parents yet the prices per photo were NEVER mentioned. Graduation day is a day to remember and many have paid thousands to get their degree only to then pay MORE money for partially alright photos to remember it.
It would be nice if there were a few more straight on pictures to choose from

It looked like different graduates had a lot of different poses available and we aren’t sure how they had those options as we weren’t aware of other options.
My grandson graduated in KS and I live PA. I was totally surprised and happy by how quickly his picture arrived at my home. I'm on a fixed income and I was so relieved that I was able to afford to buy my grandson's College graduation picture. His photo is absolutely PERFECT, the color is outstanding and the background was just right because it brought out and emphasized his handsome face. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Very expensive! It cost $100 to buy 3 downloadable pictures. I only wanted two pics but that option wasn’t available. You don’t have a choice.
Paid a photographer $100 for a plethora of pics around campus (30+).
The price for a digital photo was unreasonable. iPhones can take photos just as good for free just without the background. I understand if it’s hard copies being shipped, but digital photos for $200+ is too much and I wouldn’t recommend it. I spent over $200 for 6 digital photos.
You took a great picture of my grad!
1. The most formal college graduation photo was taken with eyes closed.
2. Unknow someone else was showing in the folder as one of the options for selecting.
3. There is absolutely no response from your team for any help!
Price may be a factor. Took advantage of free photo offer that match daughter's image to a photo. I guess it was AI. Thank you
I wish my graduates name was on the picture
The photographer who took the pictures should be fired as I went back through other students and unless you were a cute little Blonde or one of 3 well dresses guys the photos they took of the students were atrocious. My 3rd grader could have done better with a cellphone. My husvand is dieing and i needed good photos as I am a double amputee and couldnt take any. I was counting on your company. There wasnot 1 single photo I can use to remember her special day. Im sorry were poor but her dad dieinging on dialysis, broke neck, im very ill, we do our best but she couldnt afford fancy hairdo but that doesnt mean she didnt deserve a good photo or your photographer having her mover her glasses.
