Lots of pics to choose from. Easy to order. A little expensive
All the pictures taken of my graduate were a perfect depiction of that wonderful day. We had several options to choose from and the purchasing process was super easy.
I have never received photos or photo info since paying for them.
Blurry photos
There is an issue with my photo. There has been email correspondences and then they stoped. NOTHING has been resolved. I'm left with a picture I can't use.

Extremely expensive. Some of the ‘shots’ I paid for turned out to be zoom-in/crops of another pose.
The angles on the photos were very poor. For a 6’3” person you had an upshot angle for every portrait. The height of the camera should’ve been changed rather than standard for everyone.
I received my pictures and when I took them out there was pink in my hair in the pictures. I have brown hair and have never died my hair pink, but on the left side of the pictures there is a ton of pink. If possible I would like replacements because I don’t have pink hair and paid good money for the pictures.

My photo came creased do to inadequate packaging on your part. The photograph needs to be sandwiched between thicker cardboard, and sent in a padded envelope.
Also, I sent an email about the above issue through your website, with no response on your part and I called customer service twice and got disconnected both times after 2 rings.
The picture were not as good as my IPhone pictures and his cap was sideways in all the pictures

They took a picture of me for graduation. I looked like I was grimacing. Might want to suggest taking a few quick shots instead of one.
Great product and when I had made a mistake with my order, customer service fixed it for me immediately and I got what I needed with no issues.

There was not a big variety of pictures to choose from. I felt like certain people were chosen to take pictures of, even with me being in front of the camera I would be over looked and the next person would get a group picture or single picture taken. More pictures should of been taken of all students
The quality and time length that you have kept the photos active for.
I would have liked to be able to put a solid background behind my grad so the photos didn’t have distracting background
