Everything was great
pictures quality great…
While the overall quality of my picture was good, my tassel was across my face, something that must have happened as I walked to receive my diploma. It seems that a second click of the camera could have happened which would have allowed for a tassel free picture. Instead, the only option was to take the picture as it was or pay a fee to have it removed.

The photos are beautiful and your staff very professional.
The photos were not good at all. The only picture of my daughter getting her diploma was framed so poorly that her feet are cut off and the rafters take up the top third of the frame so cropping isn’t even an option. The best shot of her walking off the stage was completely soft focused and not sharp at all so again I can’t edit to make it better. I purchased 3 digital photos for $100 and they are all pretty bad but they were the only way to get a memory of the day. Had I been able to get to the floor I could have easily gotten better photos with an iPhone.

The ability to crop and adjust the image.
The only issue I have is that I could not order the plaque one with just the picture of my son and no one else, but it kept giving me the picture of him and the university professor. I mean, it’s also good although I wanted just my son on the plaque. There’s no option so I didn’t order.

I ordered what I thought was frame with an engraving but it turned out to be a printed picture
The pictures were poor quality. The silly picture was not necessary. Two professional pictures to choose from would have been nice. The prints I purchased were poor quality, slightly blurry.
On a good note I thought the graduation ceremony was awesome and I was happy to have the opportunity to purchase the photos.

I bought a magnet. It matches the magnet I bought last year for my eldest daughter.
Overpriced minimal options didn’t even get a picture with the president of the college without many photographers. Do you think there’d be at least one? These are all digital image not film. We the student should not be having to pay for the photographers. The college should pay for that included in our tuition or at least a thank you for choosing that as the Education choice. $20 for one photo is ridiculous

Very few photo/background combination options; mobile app was confusing; response time to a question I had was very long.
The copyright logo over the images went over my face so I couldn't tell that my eyes were half open. I paid $12 for an image I'm going to have to hide in a drawer because I look possessed.
