prices are stupid. $60 just to click a button to get a digital download to my phone? Not even any physical copies, JUST a picture downloaded to my phone is $60. Y'all are robbing people and that's not right.

I got my picture bent and I requested a replacement 10x14 and I have not heard back.
In the photo I received there is a woman seated in-between my daughter and President Maloney. She should have been blurred out. She is now a part of my daughter’s grad photo. She is in the center. It looks kind of silly.

Miscommunication between photography company and students with accessing all photos from all events during discounted rate period. No extension of discount period offered after bringing attention to missing photos from one commencement ceremony.
Larger print had to be sent back due to poor/blurry quality. Still waiting.
