The quality was great and the order was processed and delivered quickly.
the lighting in the pictures make it have a gray undertone and the background options looked corny and horrible

Your pricing is a monopoly. The cost for digital images are way to high at pricing per image. You should offer bundles to help offset costs.
This was very disappointing and saddened me. The graduation picture was not centered at all. So does not look good framed at all. Unfortunately, they also arrived very bent as well as not packaged very well. A very special moment and they were not necessary inexpensive. So I was disappointed unfortunately.
Ordering pictures sucked. I couldn’t add to my package. Plus I wanted to retouch all my photos but you wanted to charge me $15 per photo. You must think I’m rich!! My worst experience ever ordering pictures.
Fast delivery got exactly what I ordered
I ordered 2 different photos. One of them was a bit light (the one of my daughter by herself) and the other was way too dark (the one of her receiving her degree and shaking the faculty members hand.) For the price and money I spent, I expected much better quality.

Ripe off for the price of the items.
It was ridiculously expensive. Graduates should be able to get one digital download for free. I never got any sort of update on part of my order.

Good quality and prompt service
Everyone was super friendly which made my son at ease taking pictures he claims he was “forced” to take by his mother (hahaha). Because of their positive, friendly attitude he ended up really enjoying the session.
