The picture-taking was nice. Cool that they identified the students. The cost for digital download was a little steep but still appreciate it.
I was disappointed that the lighting and my daughter was lost in the background on one of the photos. I thought it would be pretty easy to see that quickly. I had no idea that this day and age that that wouldn’t have been something pretty easy to see. Especially when you’re paying for, a graduation photo and having it framed and also buying small ones to send and they are professional photos. Just odd.

I paid for touch up to include stray hairs but the stray hairs are still in the pictures. Also my 8x10's stretched out my photo horizontally so I look even wider than I already am

Easy and great product
The photos were terrible. With proper planning, your company could provide pictures that will capture this important moment in the graduate’s life. The only reason I purchased these photos is because I wanted her to have her pictures from the ceremony. The pictures are awful and not the cost I paid for them. I regret buying.
Great product
We received our order VGPhone number removed3 and the pictures were bent. I contacted customer service via email on 6/16. No response received. I tried again to contact the help desk via the website and got the message "page not found". I tried calling customer service multiple times from different phones and the line is just dead. I emailed again on June 20 and still no response. Today is June 22.
His prints were so blurry and looked awful, especially for how high priced it was! Not impressed and super disappointing
The close up shots and the struts that were zoomed in Cut off part of myself ( The graduate). And in some pictures It was completely black in the background except for a figure that you could totally make out. So maybe I'm not sure if it is possible but maybe blur some of The background in some of The photos would have been nice. Also I think the Spinning camera would have been better if it was slower because some people have epilepsy and they get triggered by the movement. Other people get dizzy that I have shown get dizzy and got sick because of the movement. Lastly, I think it would have been nice to have a picture with a plain background instead of having stuff going on in the background consistently.

Prices are outrageous
I paid for photo editing, sent an email for clarification and explaining what I wanted. Got one email that told me they would look into it and never heard from them again. Waste of money and very unhappy with the outcome since no photo editing was done at all.
You could make things right by fulfilling my request in the original email and sending an edited photo, as requested and paid for.
I only got one pose. None from the stage. Very disappointed
Asked to have some retouching done to the face and it was down so poorly. Looks like two one spots. I can do better than that on photoshop. Do you have professionals working for you.
over priced. the photographer is very friendly, and very capable to communicate with graduates. Just one tiny suggestion, it would be even nicer if the photographer can remind the graduates to wear their hat or gown nicely (if they are not already).
I would never recommend a business that charges 60$ for a digital download of a single photo. You're clearly just looking for as much profit as physically possible. Even 20$ for a download is really pushing it.
You’re way too expensive it’s highway robbery for my own face.
