Very nice pictures, it was a little hard to order products and make adjustments to the picture the way your site was set up
Good quality
They rushed through all the pictures should have had more spots set up.
Thought the photos were quite pricey. Some of us don’t need or want huge packages which is were you have your “deals”. I had to buy the 5 photos I wanted individually, only got 5x7s and it was almost $100!!! But what choice did I have to get photos of my daughter’s graduation?? Even to buy the digital images, way too expensive and I wanted less that what the number of images in the package is.
Fast delivery and different options
I ordered a package that cost over $100 and the pictures were delivered quickly but have a shine on the persons face like it was reflecting the lights. So, they are not useable. The proofs are so small and the view is hindered because of the security that I couldn't see the light reflection in the proofs.
I ordered a package of photos and some additional prints. The additional prints did not come up at the reduced price as a bonus for purchasing a package. I call customer service and was told that I would receive a refund for the overcharge. I waited 3 weeks and no refund. I emailed the representative twice and was finally told that I was misinformed. I would not be getting the refund. Customer service should know what they are talking about before they advise a customer. My money was wasted. My time was wasted. Not a happy customer. It's not like the photos I paid for were a bargain...everything was overpriced!
The photos came out great and the photographer was friendly and very professional.

The pictures are beautiful! I like that you took pictures of their school of Ed. I also like that you took pictures of them in the line. I like the variety of packages that you offer. I am pleased.

In the proof review, I didn’t see the UAlbany little emblem which put on my picture. I would have chose a different picture without it.
The prices are way to high for college students to be able to afford. Even just getting a single print before shipping is expensive. Disappointed that I couldn't share some of the great photos because I couldn't afford all of the photos I actually wanted to get.
Extremely expensive. The prices should have been announced upfront. Trapping people into taking their pictures and then telling them the price is not fair.

Quality of the portraits wasn’t what I expected for the price charged
I tried several times to contact your company regarding the printing of my sons' photos. No one called be back or contacted me in any way. I asked for the 8x10 photo to be the same as the 5x7, yet when the photo arrived it was cut off.
Nice quality and detail
my frame arrived broken. the prints weren't up to my standards. customer service slow to respond
No response from your team when I asked question, constantly received emails and reminders even after I purchased my photos, photos were ultimately poor quality
Great products, excellent service. Our prints arrived in a timely manner and great shape. We are pleased with the quality of the prints.
The eyes in the picture were mostly closed when taking the photograph.
Your deadline for a discount is way too short. And, you don't tell us when the other picture which was taken backstage will be available when we first see the pictures on stage, so we have to wait without knowing that. ALSO WHY HAVEN'T WE BEEN TOLD ABOUT THE CLASS PHOTO THAT WAS TAKEN BEFORE THE CEREMONY?

Extremely expensive for students
I probably misunderstood when ordering about the touch up component. I thought it was more of tones. Although I did only order one set with the touch ups, all of the pictures had my daughter's face with white spots on her face. When I looked at the previews, they did not have any white spots on the face. So what happened?
Can you touch those up and send me copies without white blotches?

The photos with diplomas was not properly lit for the exposure
Customer service was good and helped me get an edited version but it wasn’t much better due to less than average exposure.
It was nice that they tried though
