great pictures
I was too gfar away to get good pictures of my son's graduation but your pictures were perfect
Somehow put less watermarks on the pictures. I couldn't get a clear view of the entire picture and ordered the wrong one
My main issue is that we were not offered the option to not have anything printed on the photo, and the quality of the printed photo is not the best. I do think that the pictures of my son were nice.
Unbearably expensive - truly an unfair business practice to price photos so high.
Tell us when to fix our hair/tassle! Pics look great though and we received them on time!

The photo of our grad and others receiving their diploma on stage were not centered. President Rankin was either not in the picture at all or in our case half of him, making that photo unusable. Which is a shame because that’s the photo that tells the story of graduation day. Please take the time and make it a special keepsake for every grad.

Quality of the photos!
The background in the "outdoor" choice could be a scene from the campus. The background was pretty, but any of us who are familiar with the Trinity campus knew that it couldn't be a picture of Trinity. Surely that's a job AI could help with, pick a background and slot it in?
The pictures quality is bad.

The photo I received looks so glossy and the colors are not vibrant also on the floor where the president is standing there is a big white piece of tape that tells him where to stand , you can see that in the picture. I’m not happy with it
