Photos weren’t clear
The downloads were easy to buy. I would like to have been able to buy more but I could not afford them. I printed the 3 pictures I purchased and they came out really good. There was a great variety of products to choose from. Just wish I had more money.
The photos arrived in a thin envelope with only one piece of thin cardboard instead of a padded or hard cardboard mailer. It was also raining the day they were delivered so the envelope was slightly damp.
Our 8×10 has marks/bends/wrinkles along one edge. We would like a replacement for this photo if at all possible.

Not really. Do have 2 key feedback points
1. Your charges are very high, may want to consider the lower price point.
2. Give students at least 2 mins to prepare for their Grad pics. Especially when you are charging so high or have more photographers.
It took several phone calls to rectify getting the correct pictures of my child. The pictures shown receiving the diploma were not my child. The. Is was several more calls to get all the pictures on a single view.

Great pictures captured at my son’s graduation. Easy to order. Arrived quickly. It was great to enjoy an event and not worry about taking pictures yourself.

2 of the 3 images I ordered were out of focus. I couldn't see that from the small thumbnails otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. Granted, my daughter was wearing glasses, so as a photographer, I understand that the auto eye focus might have had problems, but the pictures were unsalvageable.
Good variety, and the Grad Team has everything a graduate needs. Very fast and accurate service as well.
