I guess because I haven't ordered professional photos in four years, the prices seemed a little too expensive. Nevertheless, in today's world, everything seems expensive.
Loved the options.
The price was really expensive to start. Some of the photos were formatted by the photographer in a landscape direction. But when we chose the frame and text option you did not apply it to those ones. You only applied it to the portrait ones. The landscape ones look very unfinished.
I'm happy with what we received. The pricing was a little high, but overall very satisfied.
Quality of pictures and a good choice of candid pictures.
The photo was very poor, there was a big strike of light on my granddaughters forehead.
Photographs are not quality in any way -- very pixilated and low res digital blurry pictures. Really disappointed given the once in a lifetime occasion for a graduation photo.

The quality was good. The prices weren’t too bad.
Pictures/downloads were a bit pricey. Pictures don't cost that much, but companies are putting a huge mark up on them. Also, photographer should've had graduates move the tassel for the picture.

Very clear pictures and received them much earlier than promised
If the purpose of your pictures is to obtain graduates receiving their degree, more than one picture should be offered to the buyer. I had to buy a picture with my daughters eyes closed, because it was the only option provided.

I haven’t gotten an update on the shipping or tracking the shipping of my photo to the UAE when I placed the order more than 4 weeks ago.

A little expensive for the number if digital images and the number of poses (options) of poses
Photos were nice. Price was reasonable. Delivery was fast. Online ordering was easy.
I have yet to receive a photo I ordered a month ago.
