Better than expected!
Most of the photos were blurry and not usable. When I asked for a refund, I was only given a partial refund for 2 photos, but more than 2 were blurry. Only the headshots were usable for me. I'm very disappointed, because i went out of my way to find a photographer to capture pictures of me and my husband, but they're awful. My father in law's old crappy phone camera captured better pictures. the photographer was focused on my flowers, so my husband and I are completely out of focus and blurry. When i asked for a refund or correction/replacement of the blurry photos, they attempted to use AI to make the photos less blurry. I already did that, and it turned out terrible, and so did their attempt. I cannot believe they tried to pass off these awful images as acceptable for the hundreds of dollars I paid.
In addition, the only photo of me during the commencement is one in which I am completely out of focus and another classmate is in focus. It's honestly the most terrible photography i've ever seen.
I ordered over $200 in pictures and the digital product is disappointing. My daughter's teeth have a red tint to them. I shouldn't have to pay extra processing techniques to get a decent photo after dropping all that money. Terrible.
I would appreciate it if you could please compensate me for the photos or help me to get a better photo.

I ordered a coffee mug with my daughter’s photo & still don’t have it. You can make this right by sending me the mug or refunding my money.
Great quality and quick delivery. Only bad thing is I never received my video that I paid for
Pictures were haphazardly taken. Final product was just one pose and then a zoom in of the pose. Picture was not centered. Prices were high for the quality of photo

Just expensive. I got the pictures but almost didn’t because of the price.
Prices were very high. Also, no longer have a student at that university. But, if you service my other child's university, they I revert to the high prices.
Very expensive. Paid over 100 for 3 digital images. Not making a lot of money. Had to pay because it was my son’s pictures and I had no choice.
The proofs were hard to see. The watermarks were overwhelming. The details were not visible. AS a result we ordered prints of a pic that was out of focus. This was not obvious via the link.
Additionally, the ordering process was confusing and redundant.

You captured some good images at different times
They created memories to last a lifetime, and also fast shipping.
The photos contained my daughter and other random people, not just here. they could not be cropped enough to cut those people out. Photo were blurred on line for some reason. She was asked to pose with her arm up then you cut off her hand in the photo and it just looks weird. I did not buy as much as I would have because this was so disappointing. I would have liked to have the photos of her getting her degree and being hooded, but these were the worst pictures in the bunch.

Easy system to order and quick turn around
The prices for these photos are outrageous! After paying for a college education and all the graduation fees, these could be a bit more reasonable! There were multiple photos I wanted, but just couldn’t justify the cost.
Picture poses, quality & color not great for the price you are paying. Charging extra to touch up pic is ridiculous. Presidents eyes were closed as my daughter is shaking hands while receiving diploma.
