The easy process of having all the photos taken during the event ready to view by uploading your image and selecting which ones you want.
I appreciated the various options that were offered. I was able to design what I was looking for and the delivery was faster than stated on the site
The photographers were amazing. One woman was super engaging and friendly and I appreciated her and her photos were great. In terms of the actual business, I was highly disappointed with customer service. My photos ended up in my sister's profile and I had to call 2x to get it resolved. Emails were not responded to and it took 3 calls to resolve it. Then I had 2 ceremonies and find that I couldn't combine packages to get what I truly wanted. You lost out on way more money because of your not being flexible.

The photos of my son were blurry when they arrived in the mail. The images on the screen were ok, but the printed images were aweful
Extremely overpriced for the quality of files that are returned. Especially in regards to the rough edges of backdrop changes.

The staff is always professional. I appreciate how they take pictures at a moment of you not even knowing. I think some of my pictures that I didn't know they were taking was my most beautiful pictures. Thank you guys for taking the time out of your schedule to accommodate us.

My pictures were damaged on arrival
It would have been nice to have had a contact to call or a better place to ask for editing the photo when placing the order. I did asked to have the slide photo of the girl behind me removed so it wasn’t over my right shoulder but I don't think it my request was seen. I chose the photo with the university President and it would have been better to have had a plain background like the other side of the photo. I also suggest having a more sturdy photo mailer. My prints were bent because the envelope did not provide much protection in the mail. I am glad I have this photo as a nice memory but it could have been better. First name removed Eldonna Shaw-Davis Phone number removed.

There was glare on the shoulder area of the photo. It's not worth it.

Quality of photos and the fast shipping.
Prices are way too high. I also didn't like to see other people in my stage photos. Although, I do understand that's a difficult feat given that there's tons of people moving around at the same time.
