The experience was very buyer friendly, I enjoy all the people we met, would recommend general RV to everyone.
From the the day we walked through the doors we were greeted by the front desk employees with smiles and asking how they could help us. After telling them that we are looking for a Class A Coach. They immediately contacted Thomas Goodin our salesman. Thomas came to the front desk to meet us and take us to his desk to discuss our needs in a Class A Coach. After telling him what we were looking for he said okay let me show you what we have in a Used Class A Coach.
We went out on the lot by golf cart to look at the coaches available. Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and explained the differences in each coach. He took us through the 2017 Fleetwood American Revolution and my wife and I fell in love with the layout and the condition of the coach.
Thomas was so helpful on every step from the intiail offer to the final agreed upon price all the way through the financing process. His communication was excellent.
I Highly recommend General RV and have already referred them to a friend and told them to go see Thomas Goodin.

It was a good experience all the way around. Tracey in service was very nice, helpful and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. I also feel comfortable bringing my Newmar there as Techs have a lot of experience on Newmar coaches.
Jake, the guy who installed the hitch was awesome. The whole entire experience from picking out the RV to picking it up was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy an RV.
Experience is not finished. Camper slide is still broken and they still have not figured out why.
Friendly and efficient.
We felt very well looked after. Everyone we dealt with from Brendan in sales, to Jerry in finance, to the gentleman who showed us how everything worked on our fifth wheel (can't remember his name), all were extremely professional and attentive.
