All hands were personable and didn't get upset at this 78-year-olds, first timer repetitive questions. It's a lot to take in but with some practice in the driveway, along with outfitting, and a couple of shake-down trips, hopefully everything will smooth out, and the new adventure will be a pleasant one.

The employees can make or break a company by how they relate to the customers. Our experience was a great one from the salesman Chris to the walk through demonstration. All the staff was very friendly and we’d highly recommend your Brownstown location.

Parts Manager James Hutchison and his team did an AMAZING job of quickly locating an essential RV part that we needed, and arranging to get it immediately installed on our coach.

We drove 600 miles overnight to get there, and Jim had the part ready to be installed right at 7:30 am.

We were back on the road by 9:00am and were able to continue our journey with minimal disruption…absolutely SUPERB personal customer service and the main reason we bought our motor coach from General RV, and why we will continue to be lifelong General RV customers as well as newly-found best friends.

Staff is friendly. Every time I’ve taken my trailer to general Rv I’ve had a great experience. The total and what would be done was disclosed to me. No surprises. They had my trailer back to me in a timely manner. Very professional staff. Would definitely recommend.

Plenty of friendly people to assist through the entire purchasing process. Richard, our walk through specialist was patient and very thorough.

The personnel I dealt with during the whole process was outstanding, understanding and willing to do their best to accommodate my needs.
