Unfortunately it was very busy when we picked up our trailer and we waited for 8 hours, but everyone was super nice and helpful. The service guys stayed well beyond closing to get us up and running.

I was on my vacation when the first night the extended on our RV wouldn’t extend far enough so we drove back to Michigan to general RV. With no appointments and in a hurry we pulled into Wayland and try to plead with the service writer to help in someway. The service writer went to the service manager and he immediately came out to our rig. In a half hour he found the problem and fixed it and sent us on our way, we were so impressed. I recommend them to everybody !
My interaction with the staff was very good. I appreciated the heads-up about a Frame Flex inspection that I was not aware of. The parts department helped me track down a set of tires that were next to impossible to find anywhere else.
The work on my RV was done properly and with care. Issues I had after the repair were quickly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction.
