Needed work done, I mean a lot of work done to my fifth wheel. Andrew in the service department helped me and was very knowledgeable about the entire process. I had 4 different projects both inside and out that needed to be fixed. And in one week all 4 projects were completed. Thank You to all the service technicians that worked on my RV. I'm glad I called General RV for this project.

The Service Department made the effort to get my RV in for service “same day” as we were experiencing a battery charging system problem and needed it addressed before we hit the road next week. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the complexity and workings of my electrical system.

Was great having a tour of it inside and everything gone over with questions answered.

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted and made to feel like family. Maureen was the first person we met and she was with us all day,she was lovely! Then Dan took us through our walk through and took his time and answered all of our questions he was terrific! Then we met Brian in parts who took his time and helped us find all of the extras we needed. Megan and Katie from service were great as well. Then finally we were with Michael in finance who took his time and made sure we understood all of the paperwork we were signing. Aaron was very funny. Lastly we were congratulated and thanked by Rob Lentz. The entire experience at your West Chester was truly special and we would recommend this location!!!

The entire experience from the camper show to the delivery. We were impressed with the friendly, and caring staff.

My experience working with Jeremy was great! He kept in contact as the parts needed to do our repairs were ordered and began arriving, and then scheduled and completed the repairs while keeping me informed and up to date about the status. Everything was done quickly and with an efficient use of my time.

Everyone was great with the very minor exception with the orientation that was not quite as thorough as expected. But, it was a very minor issue in our minds.

Toni was amazing. Very communicative and made the documentation process effortless. The dealership did a thorough job of giving us a demonstration. The overall sales experience was mostly good. Pricing was fair. Our rep ended up making it feel very rushed at the end of the process and we actually never even ended up meeting her in person before purchasing the RV after being on site for over 3hrs. This was probably the most disappointing segment as we haven’t heard to check in on us or never even congratulated us on purchase or said hello.
