Ray delivery specialist was very nice took time and explained everything too us. Greg our salesman was good and patient with us. Pam was very professional and helpful. We were disappointed that the engine oil should have been changed before we purchased it. It was due to be changed.

The service team is excellent!!! During the latest activity, they helped me understand how to use certain operations in our new travel trailer that are different from our other older unit.

Rather than make me feel like an ignorant person, they were very kind in their explanations.

This is the second RV we have purchased from General RV and we have them as our #1 RV dealership.

We just bought a brand new grand deaign 260rd 5th wheel. The saleman Charlie, helped out in a great way. With the whole covid mess, i was having a huge issue in ordering a new 5th wheel hitch for my new truck / camper. Called Charlie and helped me out right away. He connected me to Dan Contrell who got me the hitch i wanted, installed and made sure everything worked well and gave me a huge piece of mind, that things will work well when i am on the road. Great service and great people. Thanks generalrv for making it an overall smooth process
