I appreciate the follow up to a concern I expressed feedback on recently. I would like to rescind my complaint as the response has far exceeded my expectations and resolved my concerns. I apologize for my negative response and will be happy to return and use General RV in the future.

Brad did a great job with the paperwork, and the Service department with Adam, and Colleen seems to be just as professional, and helpful. Mornin all. We recently purchased a used class "C", and are delighted with the coach, a tad bigger than anticipated, but well appointed and will serve us well I'm sure. The process went well, the folks we came in contact with were great.
Tom, ours sales guy was patient with these old folks, answered questions, a little mix up with the trade in situation, I assumed/he assumed, but it all worked out. Matt our finance guy was great, also patient, explaining and laying all out clearly, the wholesalers who accepted my trade in also spoke highly of him.
Bill, our walk around/explanation of all things guy was great. We have had a variety of RV's in almost 44 yrs on the road, but he didn't miss any of the nuances of this new coach, new technologies and tweaks, very helpful. The change over, from our RV to the new coach was a bit labored and confusing, especially for out of state folks, we had to seek out a laborer to move equipment etc., that might be our only concern to be addressed.
Overall, we enjoyed the several days we talked and looked, didn't feel pressured, felt the agreement was reasonable. We have also bought a new RV down the road at Lazy Days, General RV has comparable and we will visit them again with RV needs, thanx..........G&K

Every team member that I interacted with was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. From the wonderful welcome at the front door, to sales, finance and service.... it all was a positive experience.

My sales representative, Steve Butler, was fantastic. He represented me when negotiating my purchase and he kept me informed every step of the way while I was waiting for my toy hauler to arrive. When I picked up my toy hauler there were a couple of issues which he jumped right in to help facilitate getting them fixed. Excellent customer service.

Ray Hunsaker went above and beyond on service as did Tyler Anderson. Both were polite, patient and respectful.

The people I worked with were very professional and were able to answer all our questions even if it meant getting back to us later.

Very organized. Just be patient with your Service Rep, your scheduled repair, and time for it to be fixed. It's like that for a lot of businesses. It takes time to get parts in to the dealership as Covid-19 has changed everything.
