Even though the process began a little tense because of sales pressure; when I mentioned it; the sales person backed up and then it went very well. I felt apprecciated. When at financing, he also was patient with me. I would definitely return when ready for an upgrade. Thank you very much.
The whole team made our experience amazing! A huge thanks to Tony, Solomon, Sierra, Dale, John, James and everyone else who helped us find, fund, and receive our new trailer. Dale even came to our house to troubleshoot an electric tongue jack we added on. Amazing people!
Staff very personable
So… at walk thru /pick up of my new fifth wheel they found a hydraulic leak … not only did the fix it .. they compensated me for my long wait!!! I highly recommend them !!! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome !!

Lori at General RV or Richmond, VA was a treat to work with as a service advisor. She was honest, up-front, timely, and even found answers to my less than traditional RV questions. General RV has been very helpful to me as a non-buying customer, still allowing me to service my camper there even though I didn’t buy it from General RV (they do sell my brand though). Customer service is much better than where I bought my camper, and even though General RV is a bit more expensive, it’s worth it for the peace of mind when we get out in our travel trailer.

Great customer service and some very good people.
General RV Elisabethtown is a world apart from General RV Ocala. I did have to wait several hours for the service to be completed but that was in part failure by Ocala. Also, Missy was very conscious about checking with me and giving me updates as the service progressed. You wouldn’t want to lose her.
They always do everything for us! They provide the best service possible to their customers. There was a scheduling glitch but they made it work!
It was a smooth process from the awesome sales rep Bob to the GM Mike and not to forget Siera who walked us through and showing everything. This is our third RV we have gotten from you guys. And I have say you guys got it right.

The service department is very organized and competent. We especially liked our Service Advisor, Sandy Mitchell. It is very difficult to find good RV maintenance service in Jacksonville, so it’s good to know that we can rely on General RV.
We had a small window to purchase our RV and they worked with us efficiently to put us in the right RV in the given window. Everything was great and everyone was friendly and helpful.
