The staff at Heritage Bikes in Perth are very knowledgable and skilled. The range of Trek and other bikes available is extensive and of good quality, as are the accessories and the staff know how to fit the choice with the individual. I highly recommend Heritage Bikes to anyone who loves to cycle.

From the day I walked into the shop to get my bikes tuned up (and ultimately purchased a new Trek Roscoe 7), Pete, Adam, and Bailey exceeded my expectations. They're super friendly and consistently provide excellent service, they're honest and transparent, they genuinely care about their customers, value my business and treat me like family. Quite frankly, I've never dealt with a bike shop that has so much integrity and I'm proud to be their new client. I'm truly blown away by the experience and would highly recommend them to my family, friends, colleagues, and everyone I meet. Don't waste your time and go straight to Heritage Bikes!

Perth has it's own local bike shop and this is a gem. Staff is always friendly and helpful. From allowing me to go through their free bolt collection to solve a problem to ordering a perfect set of wheels for me after assessing my needs, I feel taken care of.

I love everything about Heritage Bikes! Their customer service is top notch! Employees know their regular customers and address them by name. How welcoming and special is that!!
They go above and beyond to ensure that customers have the best possible experience. I’ve even witnessed them assisting non-paying customers with the same amount of time and energy (someone was looking for an air compressor to fill their floatie).
I’ve been so impressed that when I had the opportunity to purchase items online or at another store I chose to drive to Perth to give them my business. Hands down best little business this side of everywhere!
