I had a problem with clicking when I peddled my bike and though it was a gear problem. The service department quickly found out it was a bad chain and replaced it inexpensively. I highly recommend them. While I was there I bought a cool waist pack that also was set for rehydration.
A pedal on my spouse's bike failed last month and we were able to return it for a full refund about 11 months after its purchase (it came with a 2 year warranty). No hassles whatsoever. I thought this was great customer service.

The staff is always patient when I don't know the exact name of a part or am looking for something less mainstream for an old bike or frankenbike build. I never leave feeling talked down to or like I'm not cool enough - I've been to a lot of bike shops over the years where that's the attitude and it's no good.
