I came in during 2022 Twin Cities Marathon with a flat tire. I was supporting two runners in the marathon and I need some quick help to get me back out there. The staff was very attentive to my needs. I had 2 tires/tubes installed and was out the door within 25 minutes. I was very impressed with the quick service. It allowed me to be able to meet with my runners and keep them going to finish the marathon. Great business and great staff, I will recommend Freewheel Bike to anyone.

I was able to come into the store with my bicycle and have them take a look at it on the spot to diagnose with some of my issues were. The floor salesman whose name I think was Ivan at the grand Avenue store was extremely helpful friendly and courteous.

Great, friendly service. We walked in and got pedals switched out on my wife's bike and the shifter cable tensioned on mine.
