I appreciate how they listen, even when my concerns may be no big deal to them, they're novel and important to me. Patrick and Kaye are both friendly and responsive and seem to understand the importance of building long term relationships. (This is in contrast to the other big local chain that has always given me crappy service, both sales and 'repair', and pushed for the immediate sale.)

I love Freewheel. The staffers are always so helpful! I've always enjoyed going to the Riverside location, but it's great to have the new(er) store in St. Paul.
