Was looking for a specific cassette, website stated this store had it, called the store Noah picked up, very helpful said they did in fact have it in stock, held onto it for me and was there when I went to pick it up. I had given him my phone number when we talked on the phone so he was able to look up my account and already had applied the discount on the product I was purchasing and had it all ready to check out. Very friendly service and fear attitude!

I came in the store wheeling my bike which had gotten a flat on my rear tire just 3 blocks from your store. I was immediately welcomed and addressed as having a soft looking tire. This was the first time I had my new bike out. It is an electric bike with the motor in the rear hub, a belt drive and disc brakes all of which I never had on a bike and am completely unfamiliar with. I would not have known where to begin to fix it.
I did not purchase the bike from your business and you do not carry the brand I have. Your employee was confident, competent, and friendly as he fixed my flat. I wasn't even sure if you would service my brand bike, let alone do it while I waited so I could get back on the road!
Since I had bought my bike online it was shipped to my house and I had to do some minor assembly myself prior to riding it. At my request he evaluated and recommended some adjustments. He got the flat fixed, helped me pick out some accessories (that would work with the unique geometry of my bike) that I was interested in getting and scheduled a time convenient for me to bring my bike back for some adjustments and installation of my new accessories.
I went from feeling unlucky to feeling very lucky to have found the person that had all the knowledge and skill to fix my problem and did it in a very friendly, efficient and pleasant way. My experience could not have been better!
Unfortunately I did not get your employee's name but this occurred on Saturday afternoon at your Grand Ave location in St. Paul (11/26/22) at around 3p.m. I hope you realize what an exceptional employee you have!
