Trek said I had a bike ready to buy at the Roseville store. It was still in a box at Roseville, but a helpful associate directed me to St. Paul where staff had me on a test ride in minutes. And I walked out of the zero-hassle sales experience 30 minutes later with my new checkpoint ALR5. I really appreciated staff patience and the lack of urgency even though we were minutes from store close. And we nerded out about bikes and engineering. It was great. Thanks.
