I pointed out a few spots and a couple of stains after he was finished and he told me it was the shadows causing that and they would disappear when the carpet dried. I can still see them.
It took alot longer to dry then you guys said. That’s the most important thing to me.
You came recommended to me by several people and I’m a bit disappointed.

The client had professional paint done two days before your tech was there to clean carpets. When I went to the home your tech scuffed almost every wall about 3-4 feet. Never again!

I have a puppy that peed in two areas. Cleaning really didn't make any difference in the smell.

Tech, Jordan (I believe), was professional and very informative. He was forthcoming about what outcomes to expect depending on the type of service completed and we appreciated him for that.
